在恐慌状态下,人类行为与正常状态有很大的不同,据调查拥挤恐慌已经成为了人类活动的大灾难之一。因此,研究拥挤系统中人群运动机理及优化人群疏散通道和设施对减少人员伤亡具有重要意义。本文针对拥挤疏散系统,开展真人行为实验,研究拥挤人群疏散行为及阻碍物的优化设置,旨在为提高恐慌下人群疏散效率提供理论支持。观察实验视频,发现拥挤人群疏散所特有的现象,包括距离出口最近处三人挤压即可堵住出口,人群疏散过程呈现出一定的周期波动性等。通过对比实验结果与理论研究得出,在房间内合理设置阻碍物有利于提高人群疏散效率,并且设置两个阻碍物优于设置一个阻碍物。此外,阻碍物的设置有助于减轻人群在出口处的拥挤程度,使得疏散过程变得更加平稳、更加有序,从而提高了疏散效率。

Compared with general situation, the human activities are great different from those when suffering panic. According to the survey, crowded panic has become one of the great catastrophes of human activities. It is important to study crowd movement mechanism and optimization of the crowded evacuation facilities to reduce casualties in crowded system. The paper carries out human behavior experiments to study crowded evacuation process and optimize obstacle settings, providing theoretical support for improving the efficiency of crowded evacuation process. By observing experimental video, the paper finds out some unique phenomena in crowded evacuation process, including extrusion from the nearest three pedestrian from export can block the exit and the evacuation process shows a certain period of fluctuation. After comparing the experimental results with theoretical studies, the paper concludes that a proper obstacle placement can help to improve the efficiency of evacuation, and setting two obstacles is better than setting one obstacle in the room. In addition, the placement of obstacles helps alleviate the extrusion level of the crowd near the exit, so that the evacuation process has become more order, thereby improving the efficiency of the evacuation.
