随着社会的不断发展,人们日益重视环保、健康的生活方式,因而越来越 多的人选择食素,这一趋势并非孤立存在,而是全球范围内人们对可持续、有意义感生活方式的追求的体现,在这一时代背景下,素食文化在全球范围内蓬勃发展,素食餐厅也因此备受关注。 本论文通过对我国素食文化的探究,发现我国食素文化不仅源远流长,承 载着丰富传统和深厚文化底蕴,更是中华民族生活哲学的体现,与世界其他地 区的素食文化相比,我国素食文化有着“注重表达精神寄托”、“追求简朴雅 致”、“重视自然本味”的独特理念并深深地融入在中华民族的生活方式和价值观念中。中国素食餐厅的发展也应该立足于本国素食文化,结合当代需求,探索适合中国人口味和生活方式的发展路径,使中国的素食餐厅不仅仅是提供 素食菜品的场所,更成为传播素食文化、倡导健康生活方式的平台。 论文旨在深入探讨中国食素理念下素食餐厅的视觉识别系统设计,通过综 合分析中国素食文化的历史渊源和审美理念,以及国内素食餐厅品牌视觉识别 系统的现状与发展趋势,提出符合中国人口味和生活方式的新型设计方案。在 对中国素食文化的审美理念进行深入分析,并对国内素食餐厅品牌视觉识别系 统的设计现状进行调研访谈的过程中,笔者深刻意识到素食餐厅的视觉识别不 仅仅是一个简单的商业标识,更应成为对素食文化精髓的传达和展示。透过对 国内素食餐厅品牌视觉识别系统设计的理论研究和实践案例的深入探讨,笔者不仅梳理了设计方法和思路,更深入了解了素食餐厅品牌在视觉识别上的需求 和挑战,基于这些经验,提出了“SU·素诵”素食餐厅品牌视觉识别系统设计 方案,通过构建符合中国食素文化特色的视觉形象,为素食餐厅的品牌发展注入新的活力和支持。 |

With the continuous development of society, people pay more and more attention to environmentally friendly and healthy lifestyles, so more and more people choose vegetarian food, and this trend does not exist in isolation, but the global pursuit of sustainable and meaningful lifestyles. Compared with the vegetarian culture of other parts of the world, China's vegetarian culture has a unique concept of "focusing on the expression of spiritual sustenance", "pursuing simplicity and elegance" and "attaching importance to the natural taste", and deeply integrates it into the lifestyle and values of the Chinese nation. The development of vegetarian restaurants in China should also be based on the vegetarian culture of the country, combined with contemporary needs, to explore the development path suitable for the taste and lifestyle of Chinese, so that China's vegetarian restaurants are not only a place to provide vegetarian dishes, but also a platform to spread vegetarian culture and advocate a healthy lifestyle. Thesis aims to deeply explore the visual identification system design of vegetarian restaurants under the concept of vegetarianism in China. By comprehensively analyzing the historical origins and aesthetic concepts of Chinese vegetarian culture, as well as the current status and development trend of the visual identification system of domestic vegetarian restaurant brands, a new design scheme that conforms to the tastes and lifestyles of Chinese people is proposed. In the process of in-depth analysis of the aesthetic concepts of Chinese vegetarian culture and research and interviews on the design status of the visual identification system of domestic vegetarian restaurant brands, the author deeply realized that the visual identification of vegetarian restaurants is not just a simple commercial logo, but should be a communication and display of the essence of vegetarian culture. Through in-depth theoretical research and practical cases of the design of the visual identification system of domestic vegetarian restaurant brands, the author not only sorted out the design methods and ideas, but also had a deeper understanding of the needs and challenges of vegetarian restaurant brands in visual identification. Based on these experiences, the design scheme of the "SU·Susong" vegetarian restaurant brand visual identification system is proposed. By constructing a visual image that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese vegetarian culture, it injects new vitality and support into the brand development of vegetarian restaurants. |
