农用聚乙烯(PE)薄膜的老化原因以光老化为主,而薄膜在使用过程中过度接触酸性农药可能会加速光老化过程。这种加速老化作用的原因可能是农药降解生成的含硫、氯无机酸抑制了薄膜中添加的受阻胺类光稳定剂(HALS)。我们采用离子色谱法,通过测定不同老化程度塑料薄膜中的硫、氯含量,证实了含硫、氯无机酸对聚乙烯薄膜老化存在相关性。并通过红外光谱与核磁共振分析方法初步探讨了含硫、氯无机酸直接作用于聚合型HALS时对受阻胺结构的破坏。
外文摘要:
The aging of polyethylene (PE) agricultural film is mainly due to photoaging, and this process may be accelerated on over-contact with acidic pesticide. This accelerated ageing phenomenon is probably because the effort of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer (HALS) is restrained by acidic compounds including sulfur or chlorine which is the degradation product of pesticide. We’ve measured the content of sulfur and chlorine in films with different ageing grade by ion chromatography, confirmed the relativity between degradation of PE and acidic compounds including sulfur or chlorine, and analyzed the products of HALS react with acidic compounds including sulfur or chlorine by infrared spectrometer and NMR.
