通过在北京市丰台区某小学某班的实习,了解到班主任管理行为对学生学业及个人成长的重要影响。本论文根据俄亥俄州立大学建立的关于领导行为的“关心任务”与“关心人”两个独立维度的“领导行为描述问卷”(Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire –From XII,简称LBDQ-XII量表)修订后进行问卷调查,对所得数据进行分析讨论。研究内容包括学生感知的班主任管理行为的现实状况是怎样的,学生期望的班主任管理行为是怎样的,通过对比分析怎样的班主任管理行为是受到学生喜爱的。

Through the practice in a class of a primary school in Fengtai District, Beijing, we can find out the important influence of the management behavior of the class teacher on study and personal growth. This paper is based on the "Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire" based on the two independent dimensions of "caring tasks" and "caring people", established by Ohio State University, for short LBDQ-XII quantity. The questionnaire survey was carried out and the data were analyzed and discussed. The content included the actual situation of the management behavior of the class teacher perceived by the students. What kind of behavior is the management behavior of the class teacher expected by the students, and through the comparison and analysis of how the management behavior of the class teacher is loved by the students.
