墨旱莲具有抗菌消炎、止血咯血等各种药理作用,是近些年来备受关注的中药材之一。中药药理作用的化学基础来源于药材中各种具有药理活性的化学组分。这些具有不同生物活性的化学组分分别有自己的医学使命,各种组分相遇且相互作用,便也造就了墨旱莲较高的药用价值。故墨旱莲化学成分的分析对于研究墨旱莲的药理作用具有重要意义。液相色谱-质谱联用技术结合相色谱的高分离能力和质谱的高灵敏度,是研究中药化学成分重要的分析工具。本论文采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS质谱分析方法对4种标准品的质谱行为进行分析,在此基础上鉴定了墨旱莲乙醇提取物中的化学成分以及各组分含量的变化,为墨旱莲相关药品的制备和墨旱莲在相关临床用药中提取条件的选择提供了科学根据。

外文摘要:
Eclipta prostrata has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, hemoptysis and other pharmacological effects. It is one of the most concerned traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. The chemical basis of pharmacological action of traditional Chinese medicine comes from various chemical components with pharmacological activity. These chemical components with different biological activities have their own medical missions. When various components meet and interact with each other, they also create a high medicinal value of Eclipta. Therefore, the analysis of chemical constituents of Eclipta is of great significance for the study of pharmacological effects of Eclipta. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is an important analytical tool for the study of chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine, which combines the high separation ability of LC with the high sensitivity of MS. In this paper, UPLC-Q-TOF-MS mass spectrometry method was used to analyze the mass spectrometry behavior of four standard samples. On this basis, the chemical components and the content changes of each component in the ethanol extract of Eclipta were identified, which provided a scientific basis for the preparation of related drugs and the selection of extraction conditions of related clinical drugs.
