本研究从积极老龄化的视角出发，深入探讨了 Y 社区老年人参与 社区志愿服务的现状、特点及其发展优势，并在此基础上解析和揭示社区志 愿服务精神的形成机理。通过文献回顾与实地调查，研究发现老年人参与社 区志愿服务不仅有助于发挥他们的自我价值、实现社会参与，还能深入发掘 老年人的真实需求，帮助其实现身份转变和自我认同。研究还揭示了老龄化 单位型社区建设志愿服务队伍的优势，如相似的角色构成、共享的社会关系 网络及退休人员丰富的经验技能等。社会各界应当更加关注老年人的精神需 求，为他们的晚年生活创造更多的参与机会，让老年人在社区志愿服务中找 到归属感和成就感，共同推动社会的积极老龄化进程。本研究认为，可以充 分借鉴该社区的志愿模式为今后老年人参与志愿服务提供更多的支持和保障， 以鼓励更多老年人积极参与社区志愿服务，实现老有所为、老有所乐。

From the perspective of active aging, this study deeply discusses the current situation, characteristics and development advantages of the elderly in community Y participating in community volunteer service, and on this basis, analyzes the environmental atmosphere of community volunteer service from objective to subjective, and explores the spirit of Y volunteer service from the continuous condensation of service consciousness and the sublimation of service behavior in the practice of elderly volunteers from indirect auxiliary marginal role to direct participation in the main role. Through literature review and field investigation, it is found that the participation of the elderly in community volunteering can not only help them exert their selfworth and achieve social participation, but also deeply explore the real needs of the elderly, and help them achieve identity transformation and self-identity. The study also revealed the advantages of the aging unit-based community building volunteer team, such as similar role composition, shared social network, and rich experience and skills of retirees. All sectors of society should pay more attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly, create more opportunities for their participation in their later life, let the elderly find a sense of belonging and accomplishment in community volunteer services, and jointly promote the active aging process of society. This study concludes that the volunteer model of the community can be fully used as a reference to provide more support and guarantee for the elderly to participate in volunteer service in the future, so as to encourage more elderly people to actively participate in community volunteer service and realize the achievement and enjoyment of the elderly.
