2001年12月11日，我国正式成为世界贸易组织成员国，经济全球化、一体化及世界经济结构调整的浪潮向北京袭来。当前北京工业企业的发展环境发生了深刻的变化，一方面全球金融危机对世界经济产生深远的影响，世界经济的竞争日益激烈，各国在资源、能源和科技上的争夺加剧，都希望抢占下一步发展的制高点，而北京工业经济与国际经济深度融合，国际环境对北京工业的影响更加深刻；另一方面，随着人均GDP超过1万美元后，北京迈入高收入阶段门槛，经济发展步入新阶段，但工业经济发展中的能源、环境、人力等制约凸显，北京工业经济也已进入深度调整期，调结构、转方式成为北京工业企业发展的战略抉择。 本文运用实证研究的方法，结合现有的文献资料，通过数据整理和统计分析，对北京工业企业发展现状进行了深入研究。根据北京工业企业发展特点、工业企业结构特征，归纳出了北京工业发展轨迹的变化，并与世界城市工业发展相比较，发现北京工业存在的问题，提出针对该问题的对策，为加强和改善政府的宏观调控，统筹利用好市场调控及各种有利资源，积极突破、大力发展具有首都特色的北京工业体系。

China became a formal member of WTO in December 11, 2001, economic globalization, integration and the world economic structure adjustment to the Beijing hit the tide. The current development of Beijing industrial environment has undergone profound changes, on one hand, the global financial crisis had a profound impact on the world economy, the world economic competition is becoming increasingly fierce, all countries in resources, energy and science and technology competition intensifies, high point want to seize the next stage of development, and the Beijing industrial economy and international economic depth fusion, international environmental impact on Beijing's industry is more profound; on the other hand, with the per capita GDP over 10000 U.S.dollar, Beijing step on a high income threshold, economic development into a new stage, but the energy, environment, human resources and other constraints in the development of industrial economy to highlight, the industrial economy of Beijing has entered the depth adjustment, adjust the structure, to become the strategic choice of industrial development in Beijing. This paper has used empirical research method, combined with the existing literature, through the data collection and statistical analysis, the current development of industrial above design size enterpeise in Beijing city is studied. According to the development and structure characteristics of Beijing industrial above design size enterpeise, summed up the development of Beijing industry, and compares with the development of the world city of industry, Beijing industrial problems, puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem, to strengthen and improve the government's macro-control, and make good use of market regulation and various favorable resources, vigorously develop positive breakthrough, with the characteristics of the capital of Beijing industrial system.
