当前人们的生育意愿逐渐下降,虽然生育政策已经全面放开,但更多的家庭还是选择生育一到两个孩子。但是与当年的“放养”不同,孩子的数量越来越少,父母对于子女的关注越来越多,这一点在家庭教育上体现得尤为突出。本研究基于 2018 和 2020 年的中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,探究了不同方面的家庭教育投入对子女成绩的影响程度。研究发现,家庭的教育经济支出与隐性的教育投入均对于学生的成绩有积极作用。在性别方面,男女表现出的差距不大。在不同地区明显表现出所需教育的偏重不同,乡村地区更需要经济投入,而城镇地区更需要家长的身体力行。在当前找工作压力较高、竞争激烈的背景下,呼吁重视家庭教育的隐性投入对于青年未来的发展无疑是有利的。 |

The current decline in fertility intentions is evident despite the full relaxation of birth policies, more families opt for one or two children. This differs from past “free-range” parenting, where fewer children lead to increased parental focus, especially in family education. Based on the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) data from 2018 and 2020, this study examines the impact of various family educational investments on children's academic performance. Findings reveal that both economic and implicit educational investments positively affect students' grades. There is little gender disparity in performance. Regional preferences for educational investment are distinct, with rural areas favoring economic input and urban areas valuing active parental involvement. Given the high job-seeking pressures and competitive environment, advocating for the importance of implicit family educational investment in the youth's future development is beneficial. |
