2014年,新一轮高考改革正式启动。高考改革,赋予了学生更多的自主选择权,让学生可以根据自己的能力、兴趣自主选择高考科目,在此背景下,现阶段就需要让学生对未来专业、职业的发展做出选择,因此,各中学纷纷开设生涯课程及各类职业探索活动,以此来帮助学生了解自我、获取专业职业信息,从而明确自己的生涯目标,做出科学的生涯决策。根据Super的相关理论,15—24岁的青少年正处于生涯探索期,在这一阶段,学生逐步确立了自己未来的职业发展目标与发展方向,但由于高中生的社会经验和实践经验尚未丰富,因此如何帮助高中生科学地进行职业探索受到了社会的广泛关注。
本研究旨在了解高中生的一般自我效能感、工作希望与职业探索三者之间的关系,以及一般自我效能感和工作希望对职业探索的作用和影响。探讨新高考背景下,高中生职业探索现状,为提高高中生职业探索水平,促进生涯教育和职业探索活动的发展提供指导。本研究使用调查法进行研究,共有621名学生参与到了本次研究中,使用了“一般自我效能感量表”、“工作希望量表”和“中学生职业探索量表”进行测量,得出了以下结果。
首先,翻译并修订了Juntunen和Wettersten的工作希望量表,修订后的量表分为三个维度,动力思维共4题,路径思维6题,目标4题,共14题,信效度良好;
其次,高中生一般自我效能感的处于中等水平,高中生工作希望整体处于中等偏上水平,高中生职业探索整体处于中等偏上水平;高中生一般自我效能感、工作希望与职业探索之间两两相关显著;
最后,一般自我效能感和职业探索的关系是由工作希望来中介的。

This study aims to understand the relationship between high school students' general self-efficacy, work hope and career exploration, as well as the role and influence of general self-efficacy and work hope on career exploration. This paper discusses the current situation of career exploration of senior high school students under the background of the new college entrance examination, and provides guidance for improving the level of career exploration of senior high school students and promoting the development of career education and career exploration activities. This study has obtained the following result.
Firstlu, Juntunen and Wettersten's work hope scale was translated and revised. The revised scale was divided into three dimensions: 4 questions for dynamic thinking, 6 questions for path thinking, and 4 questions for goal.
Secondly, High school students' general sense of self-efficacy is at the medium level, high school students work hope at the overall level, high school students' career exploration is at the overall level;There was a significant correlation between high school students' general self-efficacy, work hope and career exploration;
Last, The relationship between general self-efficacy and career exploration is mediated by work hope.
