沙汀和张天翼在进行现实主义讽刺文学创作时，都塑造了许多典型的官吏形象，《代理县长》和《华威先生》分别是二者在这方面的代表作。《代理县长》中的代理县长是沙汀笔下官吏形象中最突出的典型，华威先生也是张天翼笔下官吏形象中最有代表性的一个。本文对比分析了代理县长和华威先生这两个官吏，发现二者之间既有相似之处,也有相异之处。首先，这二位为官却尸位素餐而又无所作为，为人都精明自私而又可笑可鄙。其次，这两位官吏也有不同，沙汀的代理县长行为举止流里流气，在川西北封闭的世界中追求着自己的闲适生活;华威先生则有着一副“谦谦君子”的表面形象，却狂热地追逐着权力以满足自己的欲望。在此基础上，本文还从时代背景以及作者自身经历的角度出发，简略探究了造成二者笔下官吏形象异同的原因。

In the literary creation of realism and satire, Sha Ting and Zhang Tianyi have molded many typical image of officials, "Deputy magistrate" and "Mr. Huawei" respectively are the representative works in this respect. The deputy magistrate in the acting magistrate is the most prominent representative of the official image of Sha Ting, and Mr. Huawei is also the most representative one of the official images of Zhang Tianyi's writings. This paper compares and analyzes the Deputy County Magistrate Mr. Huawei these two officials, found that there are similarities between them, there are differences. First of all, these two sinecures and inaction are shrewd, selfish and ludicrous. On this basis, this article also from the background of the Times and the author's own experience, briefly explores the causes of the similarities and differences between the official images.
