新高考背景下,高中生选科与高考志愿填报、未来职业发展方向有着更加紧密的联系。因此,高中生对自我和职业世界是否有清晰的认识,能否建立二者之间的同一性,将影响其人生决策。职业认同是自我同一性在职业领域的体现。为了更好地研究高中生生涯发展,本研究将从职业认同的角度切入,进行高中生职业认同问卷的修订和干预,从而为高中生减少决策困难提供参考。 本研究分为两个部分。研究一对高中生职业认同问卷进行修订,使其适用于高中生群体。研究二在研究一的基础上,期望通过课程干预来提升高中生职业认同水平。 得到的主要结论如下: (1) 在新高考背景下进行高中生职业认同问卷的修订,并检验其在高中生群体中的信度和效度。结果显示高中生职业认同问卷具有较好的信效度,可以作为高中生群体的职业认同发展水平测量工具。高中生职业认同问卷分为认识自我,职业世界,专业和职业决策,选科决策,共四个维度,每个维度 4 个题目,共 16 题,均为正向计分。 (2) 高中生职业认同水平可以通过职业认同课程干预得到显著提升,且其效果具有持续性。 |

Based on the promotion of the new college entrance examination reform policy, the selection of subjects is more closely related to the selection of university majors and career directions. High school students' decision-making on subject selection not only affects their subsequent studies in the high school stage, but also means that they have also made choices about majors and vocational directions. Therefore, whether high school students have a clear understanding of themselves and the vocational world at this stage, and whether they can establish the identity between those will affect their decision-making. Vocational identity is the embodiment of self-identity in the professional field. In order to better study the career development of high school students, this research will start from the perspective of vocational identity, revise and intervene in the questionnaire of vocational identity of high school students, so as to help high school students to reduce decision-making difficulties. This research is divided into two parts. In the Study 1, the Vocational Identity Questionnaire for senior high school students was revised. Study 2 is based on Study1,and hopes that curriculum intervention will improve the vocational identity of high school students. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Under the background of the new college entrance examination, the Vocational Identity Questionnaire for senior high school students was revised and tested for its reliability and validity. The results show that the the Vocational Identity Questionnaire for senior high school students has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a measurement tool for the vocational identity development level of high school students. the Vocational Identity Questionnaire for senior high school students is divided into four dimensions: Self-knowledge, Vocational World, Major and Vocational Decision-making, and Subject-choice decision-making. Each dimension has 4 questions and a total of 16 questions, all of which are positively scored. (2) The Vocational Identity level of high school students can be significantly improved through the intervention of Vocational Identity courses, and the effect is continuous. |
