中国在儿童及青少年篮球训练方面起步较晚,教练员们“各自为政”,少有统一的篮球训练标准。导致儿童及青少年篮球水平参差不齐;篮球基本功较差;早期专项化导致运动寿命缩短,致使后备人才的短缺。到底该怎么练、练什么、为什么这么练,一直很难达成共识。儿童少年正处于生长发育的黄金时期,是动作发展、认知发展与身体素质发展的敏感期。儿童在不同的敏感期阶段,都有最适宜学习的篮球技术。如果在正确的时间,学习规范的篮球技术,培养正确的动作模式,并进行科学化的训练,便可以达到事半功倍的效果。为了解决各项篮球技术的训练时机,以促进儿童少年篮球技术的养成为目的。本研究以6-16岁年龄阶段儿童及青少年篮球运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,主要以6-16岁少年儿童篮球技术动作的分析为研究主线,结合动作发展、认知发展、身体素质发展对动作习得的影响与关系的梳理与总结,试图为构建更具实用性的,可操作性的中小学篮球训练标准提供参考价值。本研究得出以下结论:(1)6-8岁儿童少年训练内容以原地基本功练习为主,包括防守、进攻脚步、运球与传球练习;(2)9-10岁儿童少年训练内容以行进间练习与模仿练习为主,发展速度素质与模仿能力;(3)11-12岁儿童少年训练内容以基本功组合练习为主,适当加大训练强度,发展有氧能力;(4)13-14岁儿童少年训练内容以进攻、防守技术的组合练习与两人之间的传切跑动练习为主,并伴以力量训练,提高对抗强度;(5)15-16岁儿童少年训练内容以进攻、防守的对抗练习与篮球技术的综合应用为主,强化基本功技术灵活运用;增强爆发力与专项耐力素质;培养互相协作的团队精神。研究建议,少年儿童的身体发展拥有自身的阶段性与规律性,在指导教学或进行篮球训练的过程中,应该遵循少年儿童的认知发展规律、动作发展规律、身体素质发展规律。

Compared with other countries, basketball training for children and teenagers was started late in China, coaches ‘doing things in their own ways’ and there is no uniform training standard. Therefore, children and teenagers are playing basketball at different levels; poor fundamental skills; special training in early stage would shorten their sport longevity and lead the lack of reserve resources of talented players. It is always difficult to reach an agreement of ‘training methods, training courses and the reason behind it’. Teenagers are in the golden age of growth and developing phase. It is the period of developing body movement, cognitive and physical strength. Children in different age have different suitable basketball skills to study. If they were guided normative basketball training course in the right age, they can gain more from less. In order to solve the basketball technology training opportunity, promote the form of children and teenagers' basketball technology for the purpose.This investigation chooses 6-16 years old children as research object. Research method included documentation, expert interviews and logical analysis. The main line of this research is analyzing basketball actions of research object, combined movement development, cognitive development and physical strength development; summarize the relationship between the outcome and those above factors. Hence, establish a more practical basketball training model for secondary school basketball development. The key points of this study included: (1) Main training course for 6-8 years old children is fundamental exercise, such as defense, step-moving, dribbling and passing; (2) main training course for 9-10 years old children is practice in moving and imitating practice. It is more incline to speed performance and imitating ability; (3) main training course for 11-12 years old children is combination training, appropriately increase the intensity of training and aerobic exercise; (4) main training course for 13-14 years old children is the exercise of attack and defense technics, passing and running. Also come along with strength training and raise the intensity of competition. (5) main training course for 15-16 years old children is integrated application. Enhancing fundamental skills, developing explosive movements and endurance quality and cultivating team work. Research suggests that, Children's physical development has its own stages with regularity, in the process of guiding teaching or basketball training, should follow the rules of children's cognitive development law of development of the physical quality, the law of development
