随着世界经济一体化的进程，跨国公司在世界经济生活中的作用日趋明显，当今世界已经步入了公司经营国际化的时代。然而随之而来的跨文化冲突问题，也使大多数跨国公司步入尴尬境地，进行跨文化管理已经成为跨国公司国际化经营的战略问题之一。近年来，韩国对华投资逐年增加，中国已成为韩国最主要的海外市场。但由于两国的文化差异，使得在华韩资公司在经营管理等多方面面临着跨文化冲突，这给公司的生存和发展带来了巨大的挑战。本文主要以在华韩资公司为例，分析其跨文化冲突的表现和成因，研究和总结韩国在华公司的跨文化管理的策略，为在华的韩国以及其他国家的公司在跨文化管理方面提供理论参考。

Along with the process of global economic integration, multinational corporations’ function in the world economic life has been growing obviously. Today, the world has already entered the era of internationalization management. However, the following cross-cultural conflict push the majority of multinational companies into a burden position, and the cross-cultural management has become the strategic problems of the internationalization management. In recent years, Korea investment in China has increased year after year. China has become the most important overseas market for Korea. But for the cultural differences, Korean-capital Companies in China faced to the cross-culture conflict in many aspects, such as business management and so on. It challenges to the company on the survival and development seriously. This paper mainly take Korea-capital Companies in China as a example to analyze the performance and cause of the cross-cultural conflict, to research and summarize the management strategies of Korea-capital Companies in China, in order to provide a theoretical reference about the cross-cultural management for Korea and other countries companies in China.
