健美操是融体操、音乐、舞蹈为一体的运动项目。它是在一种愉快的气氛中进行健身,同时实现知识、技能技术的增长,培养学生的协调性、创造性、表现力及团队合作能力。健美操运动在高校迅速发展,现已成为高校体育课程中的重要组成部分。北京市独立学院成立的时间较短,健美操项目也开展较晚,目前正处在不断学习和发展的过程中。因此,本文通过对北京市独立学院与重点院校健美操开展现状进行比较研究,分析独立学院目前健美操项目开展不足的地方,使健美操课程在北京市独立学院中更好更快的发展,同时促进学校体育活动的开展,为丰富完善体育活动提供参考。本文通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计等方法,以北京市5所独立学院及5所重点院校的300名学生和19名老师作为调查对象,主要对北京市独立学院与重点院校健美操课堂教学、健美操课外活动、健美操教师基本情况等开展现状进行比较研究,结果表明:北京市独立学院健美操场地设施不完善,教学器材相对匮乏;健美操教师队伍过于年轻化,教龄时间短,教学经验不够丰富,职称结构也不合理;课外健美操活动开展不理想,缺少组织机构。在健美操实践教学内容方面,北京市重点院校比独立学院涉及的内容更加的丰富一些,而在健美操理论教学时数及内容的安排上都存在共同的问题,如:理论课教学时数偏少,在内容的设定上与学生的需求不相符;在健美操实践课考试内容的形式与内容上,北京市独立学院考核的内容及形式单一,不利于培养学生的创新能力和团结友爱的精神。为使健美操运动在北京市独立学院与重点院校中进一步发展,北京市独立学院需要不断的完善健美操场地设施及器材;适当的调整健美操课教学内容,将理论课内容及实践课内容相结合进行教学,并在考核的形式及内容上做适当的修改,体现团体项目的特点;加强师资队伍的建设,提高教师的综合素质;重视培养健美操骨干,建立健美操社团,开设健美操俱乐部,多组织一些课外健美操活动。北京市重点院校还需要进一步完善健美操教学内容及考核的形式与内容,提高健美操器材的使用率,丰富健美操课外活动。从而促进健美操在高校体育教学中稳步发展。

Aerobics is a sport which integrates gymnastics, music and dance. And it is practiced in a pleasant atmosphere, where students’ knowledge and technique can get improved, as well as their coordination, creativity, expressiveness and teamwork. In recent years, aerobics is well received among many colleges and universities, and it even has become an essential part of physical education. Independent institutes in Beijing are established relatively later than other colleges and universities, therefore the aerobics program is carried into practice not for a long time. They are still in the progress of learning and developing. Through the comparison of the current situation of aerobics program between independent institutes and key universities in Beijing, we aim to analyze and find out the deficiency in the practice of aerobics program in independent institutes, and enable the aerobics course in independent institutes develop better and faster. In the same time, sport activities can be promoted, providing a reference for the perfection of physical education program. Questionnaire, literature review and mathematical statistics method are adopted in this survey. And the survey on the current situation of classroom teaching, extracurricular practice and teachers’ qualification of aerobics program is conducted among 300 students and 19 teachers in 5 independent institutes and 5 key universities. Unfortunately, the results indicated that in independent institutes the aerobics court and teaching equipment are relatively limited; teachers are younger than average, lacking of experience; the position structure is unreasonable; and the extracurricular practice without proper organization is not so satisfying. In the aspect of aerobics teaching content, there is no significant difference between independent institutes and key universities. However, in the aspect of aerobics teaching hours and teaching arrangement, both of independent institutes and key universities have some identical problems. Some of the major problems are as follow: the teaching hours of theory course are less than required; the setting of teaching content cannot meet with students’ needs; the form and content of aerobics practical course test is far too simple, which is unfavorable to the cultivation of students’ creativity and teamwork. For the further development of aerobics in independent institutes and key universities, the independent institutes should be equipped with better aerobics courts and teaching equipment, and adjust the teaching content accordingly. They should also combine theoretical course with practical course, as well as modify the form and content of test, putting more emphasis on corporate attitude. And the teachers’ qualification should be improved. Training some backbone teachers, establishing aerobics clubs and associations, and organizing more aerobics-related activities are essential to the development of aerobics program. For the part of key universities, in order to promote the steady development of aerobics course in the physical education of colleges and universities, they should improve the form and content of aerobics course test, bring up the usage efficiency of aerobics equipment, and enrich extracurricular activities.
