当今中国社会正处于全面转型期，政治、经济、文化理念和实践时时经受着传统与现代当今中国社会正、保守与激进的对垒和碰撞，加上全球化局势和多元文化思潮的影响，中国电影如何把握国人生活的种种现状、如何反映人们和他周遭的世界乃至成了“地球村”的全世界，从而在中国当代先进文化建设中发挥自己应有的作用，这对中国电影的发展、对中国和谐社会的建构具有重要的意义。本报告以转型期中国电影为研究对象，重点考察电影作品的两个层面的内容：作品的文化内涵的静态构成，和作品的文化内涵的动态建构。前者主要是作品的文化展示问题，即电影创作者们在作品中展现的文化视角和文化形态的问题，后者主要是作品的文化传播问题，即作品在更广阔的空间更长久的时间流徙衍变的问题。从传播学意义来讲，前者主要关乎传播者和传播内容这两个传播要素，后者主要关乎传播手段和传播效果这两个要素，两者涉及一个完整的传播系统不可缺少的几个基本传播要素。总之，本报告在对电影现象和具体作品进行探讨时，会较多地从文化学、社会学、传播学的角度入手。

In full social transition, our politics, economy, cultural ideas and practices are always affected by the contravallation and collision not only between tradition and modern ,but also between radicalness and conservation. At the same time,we must face to the situation of globalization and multi-cultural thinking. All these give Chinese movies deep impact. How to seize with the various status of our people in Chinese movies? How to express the world around the people and even the "global village" in Chinese movies? How to play its due role in the building of a advanced culture a harmonious society? Chinese film must answer these questions .This report is on Chinese movies , especially on their two basic contents:the static cultural composition of movies, and the dynamics cultural connotation of movies. The former is mainly the work of cultural shows, namely the film creators are in the works to show the cultural perspective and cultural patterns of the problem. The latter is mainly the work of cultural transmission problem, namely movies are displaced in a broader space and for a more long-term time. From the Communication's significance, the former is mainly related to communicators and dissemination, and the latter is mainly related to means of communication and dissemination of results . Both involves a complete communication system, in which these are a few indispensable basic elements.In short, this report is to explore the film phenomenon and the specific works. It will touch on the cultural studies, sociology, communication science.
