自从篮球在1891年被发明以来，在接下来的100多年里得到了迅速的发展。尤其是随着各国联赛的开展，特别是NBA的蓬勃发展，篮球运动得到了更多的关注，吸引着越来越多的人参与到这项运动中来。由于篮球是一项高强度的对抗性运动项目，需要参与的人进行快速的奔跑、突然急停或者连续起跳、灵敏的反应与身体力量的抗衡。所以经常参与篮球运动的人，自身的速度、自身的力量、自身的耐力以及灵敏等身体素质都会得到全面的提升，提高内脏器官和中枢神经系统的功能。同时篮球运动与其他球类项目进行对比篮球的技术相对较繁多，技战术形式的多样化，要求篮球队员的技巧性也比较高，相对能反映出个人的技术能力与团队协同配合的能力，作为一项团体性要求较强的运动项目之一。篮球运动不仅仅是要求运动员在场上具有一定的技战术的能力，以及在比赛中所表现出个人的智慧、胆略、意志品质、场上活力与指挥能力，更加重要的事，是运动员必须具备敢于拼搏的斗志和团结协作的精神能力。因此，篮球运动可以促使参与者养成良好的个性以及团队合作精神。同时篮球运动对场地的要求相对来说比较低，与其他运动相比具有得天独厚的优势。因此篮球运动迅速席卷了中国体育课程系统，成为学生与教师最喜爱的内容之一。 根据本文的写作主题，将怀化市的三所重点中学作为研究主体，选取了教师与学生作为主要研究对象。在研究的过程中，笔者通过文献查阅法、问卷调查法、实地考察法以及数据统计法等方式，针对这三所中学的篮球课程进行了一系列的分析与考证。将中学篮球课程中所存在的问题进行总结，深入了解现状背后所产生的原因，进而制定出具有针对性、具体性、可实行的教育教学对策，希望能够推动学校篮球课程的发展，为教育行业提供具有参考价值的建议。 本文的研究结果显示： 1、普及度高是怀化市篮球课程的优势，几乎覆盖了每一所学校，但是依旧存在一些不足。教师教学方式的单一性，很容易抑制学生的运动积极性，而且对于女学生而言，会产生性别的消极影响，因此学生的整体学习积极性与主动性还需要普遍提升。 2、传统教师的落后观念根深蒂固，单一的教学内容已经不能满足现代学生发展的需求，与此同时，教学的编排设计也没有立足学生的成长本身，因此教师教学观念的革新刻不容缓，杜绝“一份教案伴其一生”的现象出现 3、考唯成绩论的思想依旧存在，部分教师还尊崇“考试”为主的考核评价体系，忽略了篮球课程对学生身体身体素质以及心理素质的影响，因此教师应该重新设计教学评价方案，以科学、合理、有效、全面的标准去看到每一位学生的发展。

As one of the sports with strong group requirements, basketball not only requires players to have certain skills on the court.More importantly, athletes must have the courage to fight and the spirit of unity and cooperation.Therefore, basketball can promote participants to develop good personality and teamwork spirit.At the same time, the requirements of basketball on the venue are relatively low, and it has unique advantages compared with other sports.Therefore, basketball quickly swept across the Chinese physical education curriculum system and became one of the favorite contents of students and teachers. According to the theme of this paper, three key middle schools in Huaihua City are selected as the main research subjects, and teachers and students are selected as the main research objects.In the course of the research, the author makes a series of analysis and textual research on the basketball courses of these three middle schools by means of literature review, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and data statistics.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the basketball course of middle school, deeply understands the reasons behind the present situation, and then formulates targeted, specific and practicable educational and teaching countermeasures, hoping to promote the development of the basketball course of school and provide valuable suggestions for the education industry. The results of this study show that: 1.High popularity is the advantage of Huaihua basketball course, covering almost every school, but there are still some shortcomings.The singleness of teachers'teaching methods can easily inhibit students' motivation for sports, and for female students, it will have a negative impact on gender. Therefore, students'overall learning enthusiasm and initiative need to be generally improved. 2.Traditional teachers'backward ideas are deep-rooted. Single teaching content can no longer meet the needs of modern students' development. At the same time, the teaching layout design does not base itself on the growth of students. Therefore, it is urgent for teachers to innovate their teaching concepts and eliminate the phenomenon that "a teaching plan accompanies their whole life". 3.Some teachers also respect the examination-oriented evaluation system, ignoring the impact of basketball courses on students'physical and psychological quality. Therefore, teachers should redesign the teaching evaluation program to see the development of each student with scientific, reasonable, effective and comprehensive standards.
