本文以北京市某中学为例,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法与统计分析法研究了“双减”政策下初一学生的数学课业负担现状。数学课业负担根据来源分成学校因素、校外因素和个人因素三个维度,并按照这三个维度设计问卷。通过分析问卷数据,得出“双减”政策下初一学生数学课业负担的现状:

“双减”政策下,初一学生数学课业负担整体适中;

从学校因素、校外因素、个人因素这三个层面看,学生的学校因素维度数学课业负担最重,其次是个人因素,来自校外的数学课业负担最轻;个人因素维度与学校因素维度的负担大小相差不大,学生来自于校外因素维度的数学课业负担个人差异较小;

在学校因素层面,数学作业难度适中,但几乎一半学生完成数学作业的时间过长,出现与教师预期时间不一致的问题;在校外因素层面,学生的负担主要来源于家长,来自数学课外辅导班与家教的负担较轻,但大部分学生每周都有数学课外辅导或家教;在个人因素层面,学生的数学课业负担主要来源于学习初中数学时的难度。

最后,根据本文的调查结果,分别对学校、家长与学生个人提出了减轻数学课业负担的建议。

Taking a middle school in Beijing as an example, this paper studies the current situation of mathematics homework burden of junior high school students under the "double reduction" policy by using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. According to the source, the burden of mathematics homework is divided into three dimensions: school factors, out of school factors and personal factors, and the questionnaire is designed according to these three dimensions. By analyzing the questionnaire data, the current situation of mathematics homework burden of junior high school students under the "double reduction" policy is obtained:

Under the "double reduction" policy, the mathematics homework burden of junior one students is moderate as a whole;

From the three aspects of school factors, out of school factors and personal factors, students' school factors bear the heaviest burden of mathematics homework, followed by personal factors, and the burden of mathematics homework from out of school is the lightest; There is little difference in the burden between personal factor dimension and school factor dimension, and there is little difference in the individual burden of mathematics homework of students from outside school factor dimension;

At the level of school factors, the difficulty of mathematics homework is moderate, but almost half of the students complete mathematics homework for a long time, which is inconsistent with the expected time of teachers; At the level of out of school factors, the burden of students mainly comes from their parents, and the burden from mathematics extracurricular counseling classes and tutors is relatively light, but most students have mathematics extracurricular counseling or tutors every week; At the level of personal factors, the burden of students' mathematics homework mainly comes from the difficulty of learning mathematics in junior middle school.

Finally, according to the survey results of this paper, some suggestions are put forward to schools, parents and students to reduce the burden of mathematics homework.
