家庭暴力一一特别是针对妇女的家庭暴力，已成为当今国际社会的热门话题，但受中国几千年传统文化的影响，这个问题在中国仍没有被给予足够的重视。本文从国内外对家庭暴力的概念研究入手，介绍了家庭暴力的特点和国内外对引起家庭暴力的各种原因的研究。主要探讨我国对家庭暴力的法律规定，包括《宪法》、《婚姻法》、《刑法》等各领域的法律都有所涉及。并指出我国法律规定中存在的不足和问题，例如:没有把性暴力列为家庭暴力的形式之一、规定过于笼统可操作性不强等。最后，本文探讨了对于家庭暴力的干预策略。拟从完善现行法律法规、制定新的法律、提高公众和法律工作者的意识、加强司法机关的工作力度、提高妇女的能力和自信心及充分发挥非政府组织的作用几方面入手，希望可以加快达成共识，早日拔除家庭暴力这颗“毒瘤”。

Domestic violence, especially the violence towards women, has become a focus of international society. The Chinese, however, influenced by the thousands years of their tradition, still haven't pay much attention to this issue. This essay, according to both domestic and foreign studies, introduces the connotation, the features and the reasons of domestic and foreign violence. The essay then mainly discusses the laws and regularities of our country toward domestic violence, including the Constitution, the Marriage Law, the Criminal Law, etc. Then, by analyzing, the article points out the defects and problems of the laws, for instance, the laws haven't defined the sexual violence as one of the forms of domestic violence, and the regularities are too general to be put into practice and so on. Last, the essay proposes some solutions as perfecting the laws, setting up new regularities, implementing the awareness to publicity, enforcing the judicial work, enhancing the confidence of women, and increasing the capacity of government. It is hoped to reach a general recognition and defeat this disease of domestic violence as soon.
