虽然复原力研究成果的发表主要始于上个世纪 70 年代,但学界早在50年代就已经开始研究这类现象了。复原力是积极心理学的重要概念。近年来,随着对积极心理学的日益关注,国内关于复原力的研究也逐渐增多。从复原力研究的发展脉络来看,迄今为止,复原力的研究共经历了三个阶段:第一阶段,个体复原力确认和保护性因素发现;第二阶段,将复原力置于发展系统与生态系统,关注复原过程;第三阶段,以干预促进复原力。本研究拟采用课程干预的方式进行中学生复原力干预,以期提升中学生复原力水平。研究采用实验组与对照组前后测的实验设计。以选修本课程的7名学生为实验组,另选定7名条件匹配的学生为对照组。对实验组被试实施课程干预,对照组则无干预,整个干预过程采用量表施测、成员访谈等方法评估结果进行定量和定性研究。量表结果显示,实验组被试的复原力得分有显著提高,而对照组的复原力得分无显著变化。访谈结果也证明课程干预能有效提高中学生复原力。在课程干预的基础上,对实施干预中的环节进行探索与反思,并对干预效果进行分析和讨论,得出学生参与课程获得提高的原因,包括:(1)充分考虑被试特点和需求;(2)研究符合复原力干预的要求;(3)团体动力的积极作用。本研究的主要结论有:1. 心理健康课的干预方式适合进行中学生复原力干预研究。2. 研究设计的课程方案可以提升被试的复原力。

Papers of resilience began to be published mainly in the 1970’s, but the study of this phenomenon has been started in the 1950’s. In recent years, the domestic research on resilience is also gradually increasing, along with growing concerns of positive psychology. Study of resilience has experienced three stages:First, confirme the individual resilience and find protective factors; Second, , focus on the recovery process by viewing resilience from the point of development and ecological system; Third, promote resilience through the interventions.This research intends to adopt the way of course intervention for middle school students' resilience, in order to enhance the level of middle school students' resilience. 14 students were assigned into two groups equally, and one was experimental group with intervention, and the other was control group with no intervention. A scale and several interviews were used after the intervention for results evaluating. The study discussed that the level of resilience was significantly increased in the experimental group, while the resilience score had no significant change in the control group. The interview results also proved that this intervention research could improve the middle school students' resilience effectively. Interviews helped to find 3 reasons: 1. fully considering the subjects’ both requirements and characteristics; 2. conforming to the characteristics of resilience intervention; 3. a positive role of group dynamics.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Themes of intervention are suitable for middle school students' resilience intervention study.2. This intervention can significantly improve the resilience of the participants.
