“化学与社会发展”主题是初中化学的一级主题,不仅体现了化学学科的教育价值,还符合STSE教育理念,但是在真实的教学课堂中,教师仅仅把它当做简单的知识点进行介绍,有的教师甚至直接勾画或者略过,忽略了这一主题的真正价值以及该主题对社会的意义。应该对教师实施怎样的培训,让教师改变这样传统的教学理念,重视这一主题,采取合适的教学策略对该主题进行教学,是本研究的核心问题。 而在目前的教师培训研究中,并没有关于这一主题的研究,现在的教师培训研究大多都是以高校专家教授讲座的形式进行,这样就会出现教师只去不听、只听不用的状态,教师没有积极性,教师培训没有效率,那需要如何改善呢?近年来,关于基于案例的教师培训和校本教师培训的研究不断涌现,但是在化学学科的具体主题几乎没有相关研究,所以,本研究就针对“化学与社会发展”主题,以校本教师培训的方式,基于金属单元教学案例对北京市某中学初中教师开展教师培训,通过对一线教师进行培训前测,评价教师的能力水平,制定培训目标和培训课程内容对教师开展培训,让一线教师重新认识初中“化学与社会发展”主题,改变教师传统的知识灌输式的教学理念,提升教师教学专业能力水平。在培训过程中跟踪教师能力变化,以问卷和访谈的方式,评估培训效果。通过培训实施,从而总结基于案例的校本教师培训在化学学科具体主题的培训如何进行,先探查教师能力水平,再结合教师实际情况和教师培训化学课程标准为教师制定培训目标和培训方案,在培训实施过程中监测教师的能力变化,培训结束后,再对教师进行能力诊断,评价培训效果。同时,研究也发现了基于案例的校本教师培训的核心问题和解决对策:如何准确诊断教师的能力水平、如何基于水平诊断,设计培训目标和内容、如何兼顾不同水平的教师、如何调动教师的积极性、如何提高培训效率又兼顾所有教师、如何评价教师培训效果等。最后,希望该研究能为化学学科其他主题的教师培训奠定一定的基础,能促进基于案例的校本教师培训的实施和推广。

"Chemistry and social development" theme,the primary theme of the junior chemistry , embodies the chemistry education value and conforms to STSE education idea. However, In practical teaching, teachers only simply introduce the knowledge points or directly sketch and skip. They ignore the true value and the social significance of the theme. What kind of training do teachers need? It is the core problem of this study that how to make teachers change the traditional teaching idea, pay attention to this topic and adopt suitable teaching strategies to the teaching of the subject. In the current research of teacher training, there is no research on this topic. Nowadays, the teacher training is in the form that university experts and professors do lectures, which leads to the phenomenon that teachers attend the speech but would not study the theory, or they study the theory but would not practice. The teachers are short of enthusiasm and the teacher training is inefficient. How to improve the phenomenon? In recent years, about the teacher training based on the case and school-based teacher training research is constantly emerging. However, There is almost no research in specific theme about chemistry. Therefore, this study is aimed at "chemistry and social development" theme, in the form of school-based teacher training and based on the metal unit teaching cases to a Beijing junior school teachers. Through the measurement to first-line teachers before training and evaluate the teachers’ ability. Then carry out the training content by designing the training objectives and training courses for teachers. It will make junior middle school teachers know "chemistry and social development" theme again, change the traditional teaching concept that force-feeding knowledge , improve teachers' level of professional ability. Besides, we should track the changes of teachers’ ability in the process of training teachers. Then evaluate the efficiency of the training in the form of questionnaire and interview. Through training implementation, we summarized that how to do the teacher training based on the case and school-based in specific topic about chemistry. First, probe the teachers’ ability level. Second, design the teachers training objectives and training plan in combination with the practical situation of teachers and the teacher training chemistry curriculum standards. Third, track the changes of teachers’ ability in the process of training teachers. Finally, after the training, diagnose the ability of teachers and evaluate the training effect. At the same times, the study also found the core of the problem and solution about school-based teacher training based on the case. For example, how to accurately diagnose of the teachers' ability level, how to design training goal and content based on the level of diagnosis, how to balance different levels of teachers, how to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, how to improve the training efficiency and balance all teachers, how to evaluate the efficacy of the teachers' training, etc. Finally, in the hope that the research lays a certain foundation for other topics of chemical disciplines, which will promote the implementation and promotion of the school-based teacher training based on the case.
