本研究用对***(俗称***)与氨基酸合成新型席夫碱以及它与过渡金属络合形成的无机有机杂化材料。在研究中对得到的氨基酸席夫碱的溶解性有了初步的了解,发现它在甲醇的溶解性良好,微溶于乙醇,难溶于丙酮。对氨基酸席夫碱的四种合成方法也有所研究,并发现微波法和***法可以大大缩短反应时间,而且有利于配体的大量合成。尝试将其与锌,银两种金属离子络合得到了相应的过渡金属配合物。并利用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱质谱和紫外-可见分光光度等测试技术对所合成的配体和配合物进行表征。研究席夫碱配体和配合物对DPPH自由基的清楚能力,预测他们的美白功效,期望其应用于化妆品领域,带来重大的社会效应和经济效应。

This study uses *** (commonly known as ***) to synthesize novel Schiff base compounds with diglycine and to form inorganic-organic hybrid materials through complexing with transition metal. The solubility of the obtained amino acid Schiff base that has been obtained is preliminarily understood in the research. It has been found to be well soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in ethanol, and hardly soluble in acetone. Four synthetic methods of the amino acid Schiff base have also been studied, and it has been found that ************* method can greatly shorten the reaction time and facilitate the mass synthesis of the ligand. The corresponding transition metal complex is obtained through the attempt to complex amino acid Schiff base with zinc and silver metal ions and the synthesized ligands and complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy mass spectrometry and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. To study the clear ability of Schiff base ligands and complexes to DPPH free radicals, predict their whitening effect, and expect them to be applied in the field of cosmetics can bring significant social and economic effect.
