日常交际中正确运用寒暄语是对外汉语教学的重要目标之一,也是顺利实现跨文化交际的关键。然而,即使意义相当的寒暄语,不同文化背景下使用起来也有所不同,往往成为跨文化交际中的障碍。本文分析了汉语寒暄语的文化特点,通过特定的语境,具体描述了母语为日语的汉语学习者在使用寒暄语的过程中所面临的困难,并运用语用学的基本理论,详细探讨了困难形成的原因。最后,结合日籍学生在汉语课堂上的性格特征,就如何帮助他们在人际交往中正确使用寒暄语、提高跨文化交际能力提出了建议。本文共三章。第一章导论中介绍了选题缘由、与本文相关的研究成果、本文的创新之处和研究方法;第二章介绍了寒暄语的界定、基本形式和特征;第三章是本文的核心,分为两部分:①日籍学生汉语寒暄语使用情况调查及教学中存在的问题分析。该部分根据问卷调查统计的数据,分析了母语文化负迁移、学习者的知识盲点和性格因素对寒暄语习得的影响,并总结出寒暄语教学中存在的问题;②基于对日籍学生汉语寒暄语使用情况研究的几点建议。该部分就对日汉语寒暄语课堂教学、对日汉语教师培养、日籍学生的跨文化意识提高三个方面提出了相关建议;最后结语部分总结了本文的研究成果、可能存在的问题以及对未来研究的展望。关键词: 寒暄语 语用 跨文化交际 对日汉语教学 负迁移

How to ensure proper usage of greetings in daily communication is one of the key objectives of teaching Chinese to other language speakers, and it is the key of cross culture communication. However, even the greetings of similar meanings might be significantly different in different culture background, which often causes barriers of cross culture communication. This essay analyzes the cultural characteristics of greetings, describes the difficulties that Japanese people have in using Chinese greetings in specific contexts, explores the causes of such difficulties by using pragmatic principles, and based on the characters of Japanese, puts forward some practical suggestions on how to help the Japanese learners to improve the properness of using Chinese greetings.In the first chapter, introduction is given on how the topic is chosen, relevant studies in its field, the innovation and research methodology of the study. The second chapter puts forward the definition, basic forms as well as the characteristics of greetings. The third chapter, which is the main focus, covers two sections. The first section reports the investigation in the status quo of Japanese people using Chinese greetings and analyzing of the problems aroused in Chinese teaching. This section, based on the data of a questionnaire, analyzes the affecting factors like the negative transfer of mother tongue, learners’ knowledge blind box as well as learners’ personality, and eventually sums up the existing problems in the teaching of Chinese to Japanese learners. The second section, based on several suggestions of studies on Chinese learning of Japanese learners, proposes further suggestions on classroom teaching, teachers’ training and cross culture awareness. The last chapter is the conclusion, which presents the result of the study, the fields needing further investigation as well as the prospection of the future research.
