依恋是个体与主要照料者之间的最初的社会性联结,也是情感社会化的重要标志。依恋贯穿于个体的一生,对个体发展具有重大作用。依恋的质量如何直接影响着个体情绪情感、社会性行为、性格特征以及与人交往的基本态度和人际关系质量等。
本研究使用箱庭疗法对不安全依恋成人的消极自我、他人内部工作模型进行干预,对干预的过程进行分析,并探讨干预效果及干预机制。本研究通过个案研究的方法,采用箱庭疗法,对1名有亲密关系困扰的不安全依恋成人进行干预,选用《亲密关系经历量表》评估来访者的依恋焦虑和依恋回避程度、《来访者对咨询师依恋量表》评估过程中来访者与咨询师之间的关系,通过量表数据结果、箱庭作品历程和来访者的主观报告呈现并分析咨询的过程和效果。共进行了13次的箱庭制作,并在干预结束后对来访者进行了访谈。量表结果显示,来访者的依恋焦虑维度得分从咨询前的5.44下降到3.83,依恋回避维度得分从4.22下降到2.06。在箱庭作品方面,来访者的作品历程可以划分为四个阶段:问题-资源呈现阶段、依恋修复-重建阶段、外部探索阶段、自我整合阶段。来访者作品中的自我像和他人意象也从消极转变为积极。在来访者的主观报告中,其在依恋关系中的焦虑、回避程度得到明显缓解,咨询效果较好。
通过过程分析进一步总结出箱庭疗法干预成人不安全依恋的机制:(1)母子一体化的咨访关系有助于重建依恋安全感;(2)非言语及象征的形式有助于依恋创伤的表达与治愈;(3)以沙箱为中心自由受保护的空间为重建安全基地提供了空间;(4)来访者的自愈力有助于其整合内部工作模型;(5)箱庭可以帮助不安全依恋的个体重新建立联结。
综上,本研究得出以下结论:箱庭疗法可以用于干预成人不安全依恋,能够有效缓解其依恋焦虑和依恋回避程度,并且具有独特的作用机制。

外文摘要:

Attachment develops as an individual bonds with a primary caregiver. It is an important symbol of emotional socialization, and plays a significant role in one’s development throughout life. The quality of attachment directly affects an individual’s emotions, social behavior, personality traits, basic attitudes towards interacting with others, and the quality of interpersonal relationships.
This study aims to find how sandplay therapy act on the internal working models of negative self and others. Specific dimensions of the intervention process were analyzed, and the effectiveness and mechanism of the intervention were discussed.
In this case study, an adult client with intimate relationship problems and insecure attachment style was introduced to sandplay therapy. The “Intimate Relationship Experience Scale” was used to evaluate attachment anxiety and avoidance. The “Client to Counselor Attachment Scale” was used to evaluate the relationship between the client and the counselor. The client received 13 sandplay sessions and one follow up interview, after which the attachment anxiety score decreased from 5.44 to 3.83, and attachment avoidance score decreased from 4.22 to 2.06. After analyzing the sandplay works, the course of this intervention can be divided into four stages: problem-resource presentation stage, attachment repair reconstruction stage, external exploration stage, and self integration stage. The self image and other images in the client’s works also shifted from negative to positive. In the client’s report, subjective anxiety and avoidance levels in attachment relationships were significantly alleviated. Results from the scales, sandplay works, and client’s report together proved this intervention was effective.
The mechanism of sandplay therapy treating adult insecure attachment includes: (1)The  mother-child unity in therapeutic relationship helps to rebuild a sense of attachment security; (2) Non-verbal and symbolic expression facilitates healing of attachment trauma; (3) The free and protected space built around the sandbox allows reconstruction of a safe base; (4) The self-healing ability of the client helps to reintegrate her internal work models; (5) Sandplay helps the client with insecure attachments to re-establish connections with others.
In summary, this study shows that sandplay therapy can be used to work with adults with insecure attachment, effectively alleviating attachment anxiety and avoidance level, and has a unique therapeutic mechanism.
