随着近年来城市养宠人数的上升，养宠主人不负责任的遗弃及流浪动物的无序繁衍导致城市流浪动物数量激增，该现象不仅威胁了城市社区安全，造成了社区疾病传播、环境污染等问题，也使流浪动物权益无法得到保障。然而国内在改善动物福利和治理流浪动物有关问题方面仍然未形成系统有效的法规和政策，国内很多城市并没有建立官方的流浪动物收容所，民间流浪动物公益组织作为国内流浪动物救助的中坚力量又因力量分散、资金受限，面临重重困境。因此本研究试图利用互联网公益模式的优势，通过严谨的桌面调研、用户调研及市场调研方式，挖掘用户需求与痛点，希望设计一款真正贴合用户需求的流浪动物公益APP，架起民间流浪动物公益组织与爱心人士、领养人之间的一座沟通的桥梁，一定程度上解决中国流浪动物治理和民间救助组织面临的难题。

With the rise of the number of urban pet owners in recent years, the irresponsible abandonment of pet owners and the disorderly reproduction of stray animals have led to a surge in the number of urban stray animals, which not only threatens the safety of urban communities, causes problems such as community disease transmission and environmental pollution, but also makes the rights of stray animals unable to be guaranteed. However, there are still no systematic and effective laws and policies to improve animal welfare and regulate stray animals in China, many cities in China have not established official stray animal shelters, non-governmental stray animal public welfare organizations as the backbone of domestic stray animal rescue due to dispersion of strength, limited funds, facing many difficulties. Therefore, this study tries to use the advantages of the Internet public welfare model, exploring users need and pain points through rigorous desktop research, user research and market research, hoping to design a stray animal public welfare APP that truly meets the needs of users, build a bridge of communication between folk stray animal public welfare organizations and caring people and adopters, and to a certain extent solve the problems faced by China's stray animal management and civil rescue organizations.
