本研究旨在探究公检机与非公检机用户在OPAC检索需求上存在的共性与差异，分析影响这两类用户检索需求的因素。本研究以2013年北京师范大学OPAC检索日志为数据集，经过数据预处理，得到公检机用户2722条检索会话和非公检机用户2682条检会话的OPAC检索需求编码结果。并分别以单条提问记录和检索会话为单位对这两类用户的OPAC检索需求的主题、文献类型、语种等方面的共性和差异进行了分析。得出结论，在以单条提问记录为单位的分析中，两类用户在检索主题、文献类型、语种上相似，但公检机用户在I类（文学）主题、图书（教材）资源类型上的需求明显更大，而非公检机用户在G类（文化、科学、教育、体育）主题、非中文语种资源上的需求明显更大；在以检索会话为单位的分析中，两类用户的检索会话结果需求类型及各类需求的主题、类型相似，但公检机用户在一次检索会话中检索文学类具体书籍的需求更大，且在使用宽泛检索词进行检索时更多的使用人名为检索词。

It is this study’s purpose to study the similarities and differences between the users who use public computers and who use non-public computers. We use the retrieval log data from Beijing Normal University in 2013 as our data set, and after pre-disposing, we have our final data set: 2722 retrieval conversations from users who use public computers and 2682 retrieval conversations from users who use non-public computers which have been encoded. We study the similarities and differences of subjects, physical carrier types, and languages between these two kinds of users based on a conversation or a question request respectively. In conclusion, in a question request, these two kinds of users are similar in retrieval subjects, physical carrier types and languages, but users who use public computers have more needs in books about I(literature) and books used as teaching material, and have less needs in books about G(science, culture, education and sport); In a conversation, these two kinds of users are similar in subjects and physical carrier types, but users who use public computers have more needs in books about I(literature) when they just retrieve a certain single book in a conversation, and they are more likely to use a person’s name as a retrieval word when they use a vague word to research.
