代际收入不平等是关系到社会整体状态及社会发展趋势的重要问题。为了加深对现有研究方法的认识，从阶层收入不平等角度把握我国代际收入流动性现状，本文综述了具有代表性的国外研究模型，通过梳理国内外的相关文献，指出我国现有研究方法的不足之处并提出建议。本文收集了各国关于代际收入的研究数据并进行比较，发现阶层收入不平等是左右代际收入弹性的重要因素。此外，文章比较了国情相似的美国与加拿大在同一时期的代际收入流动性，将两国处于收入分配梯度前百分之十及最后百分之十的家庭作为样本，通过对比两国处于同一收入分配梯度的家庭的代际收入弹性，发现美国和加拿大在代际收入流动性上的区别是由处于收入分配两极的家庭导致的。基于此，本文对于中国社会现存的代际收入弹性较高的问题，提出了相关政策建议。

Intergenerational income inequality, as the core issue of social trends, is closely related to the overall state of society. In order to deepen the understanding of current research methods, and to grasp the overall situation of intergenerational mobility in our country from the perspective of the inequality between different incoming classes, some representative research models from abroad is reviewed in this paper. By carding both domestic and overseas literature on the topic, the author lists the shortages of the research methods applied in China and gives modifications. The paper collects data from several countries and conduct a comparison which imply the inequality between different incoming classes as a main cause of high intergenerational income elasticity. Besides, a comparison between America and Canada is especially adopted due to their similar national conditions, and it turns out that the two extremes of income classes exert most influence on the difference of intergenerational income elasticity between the two countries. Inspired by the outcomes, the author gives some suggestions to the related policies to help restrict the increase of the high intergenerational income elasticity in China.
