国内外研究调查发现人们求助于专业心理健康服务的动机较低，就算是有心理困扰的个体，他们宁愿选择别的方式，也不愿求助于专业的心理机构。到底哪些因素影响心理求助行为的发生呢？为了提高人们的心理健康水平，及更好地帮助有心理困扰的人群，就有必要了解他们不愿意求助的原因。众多研究一致表明男性的求助态度比女性消极，更少男性表示愿意去寻求专业的心理帮助。另外，其他的研究发现父母的态度是影响子女态度的一个重要的因素，如果父母对心理咨询的态度消极，那么子女也容易对其有消极的态度，导致他们的求助倾向也会较低。此外，还有研究考察了亲子关系，如依恋，是否会对父母态度影响对子女态度的过程产生影响，结果发现亲子关系在这个过程中起到了调节作用。因此本研究就从这个角度出发，把重点放在影响大学男生寻求专业心理帮助的两个变量上：(1) 父亲依恋；(2) 父亲的求助态度，考察这两个变量是如何影响大学男生的求助态度。结果发现，父亲求助态度能预测大学男生的求助态度；不同父亲依恋类型的大学男生，在求助态度上有显著差异；另外，父亲依恋焦虑维度是父亲求助态度和大学男生求助态度之间的调节变量，也就是说父亲依恋的好坏影响了父亲求助态度对大学男生求助态度的影响，父亲依恋较好的大学男生，其求助态度与父亲求助态度一致性较高，而父亲依恋较差的大学男生，其求助态度与父亲求助态度没有关系。

What factors affect the incidence of psychological help-seeking behavior? In order to improve people's mental health, and better help people with psychological problems, it is necessary to understand the reasons they are unwilling to seek help. Many studies have consistently shown that men have more negative attitude than women about help seeking, fewer men willing to seeking help from mental health services. On the other hand, other studies have found that parents’ attitude is an important factor to influence their children's attitude; if the parents have negative attitude about counseling, then their children will easily have a negative attitude about counseling. This will lead them to have lower intention to seek help. In addition, some studies examined the parent-child relationship, such as attachment, whether it would affect the result of parents’ attitude affect their children’s attitude, and found that parent-child relationship is a moderated factor. This research will proceed from this point of view, focusing on the impact of male college students to seek professional psychological help on two variables: (1) father attachment; (2) father's attitude about help-seeking. This research will investigate how these two variables affect the male college students’ attitude about help-seeking. The results showed that father’s attitude about help-seeking can predict the attitude of male college students; male college students who have different types of father attachment were significantly different in help-seeking attitudes; In addition, the anxiety of father attachment is a moderated factor in the process of attitude influence. Male college students who have better father attachment, their attitude about help-seeking is high consistency with their fathers’ attitude, Male college students who have worse father attachment, their attitude about help-seeking haven’t consistency with their fathers’ attitude.
