反社会型人格障碍是指一种具有无视或侵害他人权利的普遍行为模式的一类人格障碍。这类人具有高度的攻击性，做事容易冲动，且对他人冷酷无情、无同理心。箱庭疗法作为一种具有鉴别和干预的咨询技术，具有象征性、投射性等特点，可以降低来访者的心理防御，同时是了解来访者内心世界的工具。 本研究根据反社会型人格障碍来访者制作的箱庭作品，目的是为了探索反社会型人格障碍者的初始箱庭特征，借助箱庭的视角了解该人群的心理特点。 研究方法如下： 第一是通过问卷施测，筛选出9名反社会型人格障碍的来访者，并对来访者的背景信息进行收集。然后来访者在研究者的陪伴下完成两次初始箱庭作品的制作。第二是对来访者的问卷信息，背景信息和初始箱庭作品特征进行统计分析。 研究结果得出： 反社会型人格障碍群体的箱庭作品中表现出的以下特征：第一玩具数量、制作时间、沙子的使用都比较少。第二箱庭配置上反社会型人格障碍者更偏向于使用左方和中间的区域。第三箱庭主题主要家庭有关。第四箱庭作品的统合性、充实性、动力性、流畅性四个方面都不够强，箱庭作品的场面气氛以和谐、静态、内界为主。第五箱庭作品特征具有跨时间的稳定性。 研究结论是：初始箱庭作品反映了反社会型人格障碍者内心安全感的缺失、全能控制的模式、内心世界的空虚、人际关系的缺失、过往创伤经历等特点，为进一步对该人群进行心理治疗提供了有意义的信息和线索。

Antisocial personality disorder refers to a kind of personality disorder that has a universal behavior pattern of ignoring or violating the rights of others. This person is highly aggressive, impulsive, and cold and unsympathetic to others. As a kind of consulting technique with differentiation and intervention, sandplay therapy is symbolic and projective, which can reduce the psychological defense of visitors and is also a tool to understand their inner world. The purpose of this study is to explore the initial characteristics of the patients with antisocial personality disorder and understand their psychological characteristics from the perspective of the sandplay. The research methods are as follows： The first is to screen out 9 antisocial personality disorder patients through questionnaire survey, and collect background information of the patients. Then the visitor completed two initial sandplay accompanied by the researcher. The second part is the statistical analysis of the questionnaire information, background information and the characteristics of the initial sandplay. Research results： In the initial characteristics of the sandplay, anti-social personality disorder group sandpaly showed the following characteristics： （1) the number of toys, production time, the use of sand are relatively small. （2) the sandplay configuration of antisocial personality disorder more inclined to use the left and middle area. （3) the main theme of the family. （4) the ,enrichment, dynamic, fluent four aspects are not strong enough, sandplay of the scene atmosphere to harmony, static, mainly in the field. （5) the characteristics of the works have cross-time stability. The conclusion of the study is that the initial works of sandplay reflect the characteristics of the anti-social personality disorder, such as the lack of inner security, the pattern of omnipotent control, the emptiness of the inner world, the lack of interpersonal relationship, and the past traumatic experience, which provide meaningful information and clues for the further psychological treatment of this population.
