当今社会，人们愈发被生活中所遇到的现实问题所影响，内心充斥着失落与焦虑。皮克斯动画电影选择直面人类在现实社会中所面临的诸多困境，以不逃避、不虚饰的创作对困境之中的人们予以治愈，为人们的心灵提供一片栖息的港湾、一片安居之地。

笔者试图从影片内在文本与外部接受行为两个角度深入分析皮克斯动画电影在创作上的独特性表达及其所具有的疗愈功能。论文首先对电影治疗、动画艺术治疗、皮克斯动画电影等相关概念及理论进行梳理，并对国内外研究现状进行分类与整理，建立起对动画艺术治疗以及皮克斯动画电影的基础认知。在研究方法上采用文本分析与实证研究相结合的方式，力求做到主观与客观相结合，避免主观臆想。

论文主体部分从两个维度展开。第一个维度从宏观视角对皮克斯动画电影文本进行分析，探讨电影中的主题、叙事及视听符号三大元素所具备的疗愈性。第一章疗愈主题部分以人本主义心理学家马斯洛的需求层次学说为依据，探讨皮克斯电影中关于爱的表达、自我的追寻以及生死的灵魂共鸣。另外，本章还利用“情动理论”及弗洛姆等人的心理学说，探讨皮克斯动画电影主题中所构筑的情感肌理。第二章疗愈叙事部分根据创伤叙事复原论的三阶段理论，依次分析皮克斯动画电影中的多维空间叙事、追寻梦想的旅程叙事以及人物间的共生关系叙事是如何让观众产生移情并与影片中的故事发生共鸣的。第三章分析视听符号的疗愈性，从意象与隐喻的心理投射机制出发，借助麦茨的符号学、音乐疗愈及拓扑心理学相关理论，探讨影片的场景符号、音乐符号、角色符号、色彩符号是如何通过具体的呈现方式使观众感受到多重意义的表达。

第二个维度运用深度访谈法及扎根理论的三级编码深入探究皮克斯动画电影艺术疗愈功能。通过对受访者进行深度访谈获得第一手资料，并借助扎根理论的三级编码方法对访谈内容进行归类聚合分析，最终得出皮克斯动画电影的疗愈因子、疗愈功能及独特的疗愈效果。

本文通过对皮克斯动画电影的深入分析，探究其独特的疗愈因子及疗愈功能，并通过实证研究验证及修正前述假设并有新的发现。本文力图在动画电影跨学科研究方面有所突破，也希望能为心理咨询师的电影疗法提供参考。

In today's society,people are increasingly affected by the real problems encountered in life,and their hearts are filled with depression and anxiety.Pixar animation films choose to face the many dilemmas faced by human beings in the real society,not to escape,not to embellish the creation of the plight of people to cure,for people's hearts to inhabit a harbor,a place to live.

The author tries to analyze the unique expression and healing function of Pixar animated films from the perspectives of internal text and external acceptance behavior. Firstly,this paper sorts out the concepts and theories related to film therapy,animation art therapy and Pixar animation films,and classifies and sorts out the research status at home and abroad to establish the basic cognition of animation art therapy and Pixar animation films.In the research method,text analysis and empirical research are combined,striving to achieve the combination of subjective and objective,avoid subjective conjecture.

The main part of the thesis is developed from two dimensions.The first dimension analyzes the text of Pixar animated films from a macro perspective, exploring the healing properties of the three elements of theme,narrative and audio-visual symbols in the films.Based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs,the first chapter explores the expression of love,the search for self and the soul resonance of life and death in Pixar films.In addition,this chapter also uses the"emotional theory"and Fromm et al.'s psychological theory to explore the emotional texture built in the theme of Pixar animated films.In the second chapter,the healing narrative part,based on the three-stage theory of trauma narrative recovery,analyzes how the multi-dimensional space narrative,the journey narrative in pursuit of dreams and the symbiotic relationship between characters in Pixar animated films make the audience empathize and resonate with the story in the film.The third chapter analyzes the healing properties of audiovisual symbols.Starting from the psychological projection mechanism of image and metaphor,with the help of Metz's semiotics,music healing and topological psychology theories,it discusses how the scene symbols,music symbols,role symbols and color symbols in the film make the audience feel the expression of multiple meanings through specific ways of presentation.

The second dimension uses in-depth interview method and three-level coding of grounded theory to explore the healing function of Pixar animation film art.Through in-depth interviews with interviewees to obtain first-hand information,and then with the help of the three-level coding method based on grounded theory to classify and aggregate the interview content,finally to obtain the healing factors,healing functions and unique healing effects of Pixar animated films.

Through in-depth analysis of Pixar animation films,this paper explores its unique healing factors and healing functions,and verifies and revises the above hypothesis through empirical research and makes new discoveries.This paper tries to make a breakthrough in the interdisciplinary study of animated films and also hopes to provide reference for film therapy for psychological counselors.
