推进自我革命是中国共产党跳出历史周期率的第二个答案。党的十八大以来，习近平带领全党以前所未有的决心力度推进全面从严治党，创造性提出一系列具有原创性、标志性的新理念新思想新战略，形成习近平关于党的自我革命的重要思想。习近平在二十届中央纪委三次全会上深刻阐述了党的自我革命的重要思想。这一重要思想，科学回答了“建设什么样的长期执政的马克思主义政党、怎样建设长期执政的马克思主义政党”的重大课题，是我们党坚持“两个结合”推进理论创新取得的新成果，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的新篇章，标志着党对马克思主义政党建设规律、共产党执政规律的认识达到新高度，为指引百年大党开辟自我革命新境界提供了根本遵循。研究新时代下中国共产党自我革命的实践历程与基本经验，具有极为重要理论价值和现实意义。

本研究以新时代为背景，聚焦“中国共产党自我革命的实践历程”，以“理论－历史－现实－经验”的多维视角展开研究。全文一共六章，以新时代中国共产党的自我革命为主线，从理论概述、历史回顾、实践历程、经验启示四个方面展开具体研究，从而丰富党的自我革命理论研究、深化党的建设理论研究、拓展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想理论研究。这有助于总结中国共产党百余年奋斗历程中自我革命的宝贵经验和深刻教训，进一步指导和推动中国共产党在新的历史条件下不断加强自身建设、增强执政能力，不断开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面。

党的十八大以来，中国特色社会主义进入新时代，新方位规定新任务，以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导中国共产党通过稳步推进党的自我革命，不断提升党的建设质量和科学化水平，实现党的建设总基调由“宽松软”到“严紧硬”、党的长期执政能力由本领恐慌到本领锻造、党的组织体系由部分软弱涣散到严密牢固的巨大转变，为全面建成小康社会和实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标提供了坚强领导核心，为党和国家事业发展不断注入新的生机和活力。

党的十九大以来，新矛盾、新目标、新理论推动党的自我革命格局产生新变化，以党的政治建设引领党的自我革命，势必要突出自我革命的政治意涵，发挥自我革命对政治建设的推动作用。加强政治信仰与政治能力建设，严明党的政治纪律与党的政治规矩，严肃党内政治生活、净化党内政治生态，这是党的自我革命在政治建设上的集中体现。

党的二十大以来，全党全国各族人民迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程，党的自我革命转为制度规范、体系完善的历史阶段。完善制度规范体系，就是要推动党的自我革命经常化、规范化。因此，健全党的全面领导制度体系、优化党内法规制度体系、不断完善权力监督体系、落实全面从严治党主体责任体系成为党的自我革命的重点内容。

党坚持自我革命既是坚守无产阶级政党初心、回归无产阶级政党本质属性的必然，也是历史逻辑与现实逻辑一致性衔接下催生的现实选择。党的十八大以来，中国共产党在自我革命的实践过程中形成了一系列宝贵经验：坚持问题导向强化自我革命的政治自觉；突出政治建设永葆自我革命的政治本色；敢于刀刃向内坚定自我革命的政治勇气；夯实制度体系健全自我革命的政治机制；珍惜历史经验不断弘扬自我革命精神。这些经验为党在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上如何继续推进自我革命提供了理论指导和方向指南。中国共产党应始终坚持问题导向与目标导向相一致、自我监督与人民监督相结合、集中性教育与常态化教育相协调、思想建党与制度治党同向发力、全面从严与重点突破相统一，不断推动党的自我革命步入新境界、取得新成就、迈向新辉煌。

Promoting self-revolution is the second answer for the Communist Party of China to break out of the historical periodic rate.    It marks that the Party's understanding of the laws of Marxist party construction and the ruling law of the Communist Party has reached a new height, and provides a fundamental basis for guiding the century-old big Party to open up a new realm of self-revolution. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the practice and basic experience of the self-revolution of the Communist Party of China in the new era.
This study takes the new era as the background, focuses on "the practice of the Communist Party of China's self-revolution", and carries out the research from the multi-dimensional perspective of "theory - history - reality - experience".  This will help sum up the valuable experience and profound lessons of the CPC's self-revolution in the course of more than 100 years of struggle, and further guide and promote the CPC to continuously strengthen its self-construction and governance capacity under new historical conditions, and constantly open up new prospects for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
 We have achieved a great transformation in the general tone of Party building from "loose and soft" to "strict and hard", the Party's long-term governance ability from panic to forging, and the Party's organizational system from some weak and lax to tight and solid, providing a strong leadership core for the completion of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the realization of the "two centenary goals", and constantly injecting new vitality and vitality into the development of the Party and the country's cause.
Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, new contradictions, new goals and new theories have promoted new changes in the pattern of the Party's self-revolution, and leading the Party's self-revolution with the Party's political construction is bound to highlight the political implications of self-revolution and give play to the role of self-revolution in promoting political construction. Strengthening political faith and capacity building, strictly enforcing the Party's political discipline and rules, making inner-Party political life serious, and purifying the political ecology within the Party are the concentrated manifestations of the Party's self-revolution in political construction.
Since the Party's 20th National Congress, the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China have embarked on a new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist country, and the Party's self-revolution has turned into a historical stage in which the system is standardized and improved. To improve the system of institutions and norms is to promote the Party's self-revolution to become routine and standardized. Therefore, improving the Party's overall leadership system, optimizing the party's laws and regulations, constantly improving the power supervision system, and implementing a comprehensive and strict governance of the Party's main responsibility system have become the focus of the Party's self-revolution.
The party's insistence on self-revolution is not only the necessity of adhering to the original aspiration of the proletarian party and returning to the essential attributes of the proletarian party, but also the realistic choice spawned by the consistency of historical logic and realistic logic. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Communist Party of China has formed a series of valuable experiences in the practice of self-revolution: adhere to the problem-oriented and strengthen the political consciousness of self-revolution; Highlight the political nature of political construction to maintain self-revolution forever; The political courage to turn the blade inward and strengthen the self-revolution; Consolidating the institutional system and perfecting the political mechanism of self-revolution; Cherish historical experience and carry forward the spirit of self-revolution. These experiences provide theoretical guidance and direction for the Party on how to continue to promote self-revolution on the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country. The CPC should always adhere to the consistency of problem-oriented and goal-oriented, the combination of self-supervision and people's supervision, the coordination of intensive education and regular education, the unity of ideological party building and institutional party governance, and the integration of comprehensive strict and key breakthroughs, and constantly push the Party's self-revolution into a new realm, new achievements, and new glory.
