任务驱动式教学是基于建构主义学习理论的一种教学方式,在应用型课程中被广泛运用。任务驱动教学的特点可以概括为:以任务为主线,以教师为主导,以学生为主体,其中任务的质量是该教学成功的关键。在任务驱动教学中,教师仅凭经验进行任务设计,缺乏有效的任务设计方法指导,导致设计出的任务质量不高,而当前关于任务驱动的研究多集中在模式介绍方面,缺少兼顾可操作性和有效性的任务设计方法研究成果。本研究正是在任务驱动教学模式下立足于研究如何从教学目标出发进行任务设计,为广大教师提供任务设计的方法参考。本研究首先在前人有关理论研究的基础上,结合任务设计的基本要素和有效任务的标准,初步得到任务设计的方法。然后以教育技术研究生课程《教学设计》为平台,根据该方法对《教学设计》课程进行任务设计,通过访谈法得到该任务的缺陷,对任务设计方法进行一次改进。最后,将经过改进后的任务运用到教学实践中来,从实践中继续寻找任务的缺陷,对任务设计方法进行二次改进。最终得到比较完善的任务设计方法作为本研究的研究结果。

Task-driven teaching is based on constructivism learning theory, and is widely used in university. In task-driven teaching the task is considered as main line. Its quality is critical to the success of the instruction. But in much task-driven teaching, the teachers could only rely on experiences but effective methods to design task, which leads to ineffective tasks. Nowadays, the current research on task-driven are more focused on model introduce, and lack of operable and effective methods of task design. This study is about how to design tasks based on instructional objectives in task-driven teaching. It can offer effective method of task design for teachers.At first the author gets preliminary method of task design through previous theoretical study about the elements of task and the criteria of effective task. And then designs task for the course of “Instructional Design” according to the above method of task design, finds out the defects of course task through experts, and improves the method of task design. At last the author applies the course task in the course of “Instructional Design”, continues to find out the defects of course task, and improves the method of task design again. Finally the author achieves an operable and effective method of task design as a result of this study.
