高素质教师队伍是大学的核心竞争力,高等院校体育院(系)是我国体育人才培养最高层次的教育机构和最后阶段,是人才培养的关键所在,教学质量的保证,关键在教师。山东省高等院校体育院(系)作为我国体育人才培养一员,承担着为学校、科研、管理、训练等部门输送合格人才的重大任务。篮球是“三大球”之一,在体育运动中占有举足轻重的地位;篮球课程又是高等院校体育院(系)课程体系中的重要组成部分,是主干课程,对体育专业人才培养有着不可忽视的作用,是实现专业培养目标的主要途径之一,也是培养社会需要的体育专门人才的一部分。作为山东省高等院校体育院(系)的重要支撑,能否培养出适应于体育事业发展的高素质专门人才,关键取决于篮球教师队伍的整体素质是否适应高等教育进一步发展的需要。本文应用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对山东省高等院校体育院(系)的篮球专任教师的基本状况、教学训练状况、科研状况、继续教育状况、思想状况进行了较为全面的调查研究,剖析篮球专任教师队伍中存在的问题,提出山东省高等院校体育院(系)篮球专任教师改善的合理建议,为山东省高等院校体育院(系)的篮球专任教师队伍建设提供有益的参考。研究结果表明:1.基本状况:1)山东省高等院校体育院(系)篮球专任教师数量不足,师生比高,达到或超过标准只有3所院(系);男教师远远多于女教师,有11所院(系)没有篮球专任女教师;年龄结构合理,呈“金字塔型”;教龄结构不合理,教龄10年以下教师比例大。2)学历结构以本科为主向研究生过渡,博士少,距离教育部评估要求和博、硕为主的层次还有差距;职称比例为1∶4.8∶4.6∶1.6,教授、助教偏少,副教授、讲师偏多;学缘结构来源主要集中在5所院(系),有“近亲化”特点。3)与篮球教学训练有关知识、工具类知识掌握较好,相关知识有待提高。4)双肩挑教师比例大,国家级以上裁判和担当社会职务比例小。2.教学训练状况:1)大多数教师对教学大纲执行较好,能按照教学常规准备教学文件,教师的工作繁重;有13.3%和41.7%的教师不承担理论课、无训练经历。2)教学风格比较倾向于立法型、评判型、整体型、外倾型;教学训练方法多为传统教学方法,现代教学方法、手段运用不多。3)教师制订教学文件的能力、培养学生学习、创新能力,客观评价教学效果的能力和运用现代化教育技术能力一般以下占比例较大。4)教学改革不乐观;教学训练缺乏创新性,有待进一步加强。3.科研状况:1)科研目的不够端正,主要是为评职称的需要,投入科研内在动力不足,主动积极性需要提高。2)论文数量少、核心期刊比例小,著作和科研课题人数总体较少,承担的课题级别较低,科研整体实力不强,科研与实践结合不够。3)学术潜力较大,但学术氛围不浓,有待进一步提高教师的科研水平。 4.继续教育状况:1)继续教育必要性认识较好,但实际接受继续教育次数少,有近1/3没有参加过,学校较为集中,有50%的教师选择到体育大学。2)质量效果一般,经费紧张是影响继续教育最主要的因素。5.思想状况:1)大多数教师工作态度认真,具有较高的敬业精神,政治素质过硬。2)对自身职业的前景普遍看好,相对素质结构比例较高,工作压力过大占75%,仅20%的教师认为自己的能力得到了发挥,还潜藏着较大的能量,还有很大的提升空间。3)流失仅2人,有30%的教师从事第二职业;设施建设不足、学校领导不够重视是影响稳定的最主要因素。对策与建议:1.提高职能部门的重视程度,加大投入力度。2.加强中青年篮球教师队伍培养,重视骨干教师和学术梯队建设。3.以实践、学习交流等多种形式,提高科研能力。 4.拓宽继续教育的途径,增加继续教育的力度和覆盖面。5.掌握多学科知识,通过多种途径提高业务能力。6.以教师为本,切实提高教师的思想素质。

College or Departments of Shandong Province.As a result:1.The basic situation: 1)the professional teachers of basketball troop quantity is insufficient in the P.E.
