德国共产党在党代会上通过了研究和讨论中国问题的决议，开展了关于中国的主题教育，并以其机关报为平台进行了关于中国的论战。德国共产党内对于新时代中国特色社会主义的基本立场总体是积极肯定的，同时也有相对中立和消极否定的观点。

德国共产党在经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设以及生态文明建设和国际影响等六个方面对中国特色社会主义保持高度关注，而德国共产党内对于新时代中国特色社会主义所产生的争议则主要集中于新时代中国特色社会主义的性质、社会主义市场经济的可行性及改革开放以来中国的社会建设三个问题。

德国共产党对新时代中国特色社会主义的认知有可取之处也有不足，启示我们应该借鉴其研究新时代中国特色社会主义的可取之处，认清其对新时代中国特色社会主义产生误解的原因，加快构建中国特色社会主义国际话语体系。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era and China's comprehensive national power and international influence continue to grow, the attention of the left-wing abroad, represented by the DKP, and the communist parties of other countries to socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is increasing day by day.

The DKP has passed resolutions on studying and discussing the China issue at its party congresses, carried out thematic education on China, and used its organ newspaper as a platform for polemics on China. The basic position on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era within the DKP is generally positive and affirmative, while there are also relatively neutral and negative views.

The topics of concern of the DKP on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era can be summarized into six aspects, namely, economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and international influence of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Controversies within the DKP about the emergence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era mainly focus on three issues: the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the feasibility of a socialist market economy, and the social construction in China since the reform and opening up.

The DKP's perception of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has both merits and shortcomings, which reveals that we should learn from the merits of its research on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, recognize the reasons for its misunderstanding of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and accelerate the construction of an international discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
