人格养成最重要的起点是家庭。国内外都认识到了家庭在儿童教育中的作用。在许多先进国家,例如美国、日本,在教育上都呼吁家庭和社区能够积极主动参与学校教育,以发挥教育整体的功能。在儿童的成长过程中,初中阶段正值青春期,是与学校、家庭、社会矛盾冲突最激烈的时候,因此,也更加需要学校和家庭通力合作,避免在这一时期产生难以修复的品格问题。对于如何在家庭教育中培养初中生的品格问题,历来都是家庭和学校相当热门的话题,众多研究者也对此进行过长期的理论探索和实践研究。人们逐渐认识到了传统的家庭教育方式对品格培养的弊端,渐渐将目光转向了现代家庭品格培养方式。本研究目的是通过分析个案地区家长在培养初中生品格方面角色定位和实践的现状,结合现代家庭教育理论,寻求切实可行的实践策略,为当代家长培养初中生的品格提供理论和实践上的参考。当前,对于如何更好地推行家校合作的问题,本人认为在目前情况下,学校一方的认识和操作要成熟得多。因此,推行家校合作,我们的关注点更多地应放在家庭这一方。我认为下列问题还需要重点关注:家长在初中生品格培养中的角色应该如何定位?当前家长在培养初中生品格中是否角色错位?家长在培养青少年品格当中合格的角色定位应该是什么?我们可以为家长角色扮演提供哪些可操作性的策略?等等。本研究力求能丰富和充实家校合作理论,为家长在培养初中生品格当中的角色定好位。当前许多家长在初中生品格培养当中角色认识模糊,角色错位普遍,角色定位很不准确。而且,当前的相关研究中还缺乏家长角色定位方面的理论研究。因此,本文进行的研究可以丰富和充实家校合作的理论,为在培养初中生品格当中家长角色定位做出理论贡献。本研究将借助对个案地区——揭阳市榕城区家长在初中生品格培养中的角色定位和角色实践的具体操作策略进行深入研究,力求找到家长在初中生品格培养中角色实践当中的实际操作策略和方法,为实际操作策略提供指导。因此,本文具有较大的实践意义。当前,家校合作多数研究关注点在学校教育这一方,很少有家庭这一方的角色定位方面的研究,本文试图就此薄弱环节进行研究,这是本研究的一项创新之处。本研究深入分析个案地区初中生家长在初中生品格培养中角色实践的策略进行实证研究,透视该地区初中生家长角色实践策略,是本研究的又一特色之处。

Family is the most important starting point for personality development. The importance of family for the children’s education is recognized at home and abroad. In many developed countries, such as the United States and Japan, families and communities are urged to actively participate in school education in order to develop the entire function of education. In the growth of children, teens of junior meddle school fall onto adolescence, which is the point that contradiction of school, family and society conflict the most intensely. Therefore, co-operation of schools and families are necessary in order to avoid problems of characters which are difficult to repair as it come into being.The problem, which is how to train the personality of the teens of junior middle school by home education, has always been quite a hot topic at home and school, and lots of researchers have had long-term theory exploration and practical study on such a problem, too. People have gradually realized that the traditional family education mode has some abuses in training the personality, and have paid attention to the modern home education mode in training the personality little by little. The study aims to analyze the present condition with regard to the parents’ role position and practice in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school at the case area, combine with modern family education theory, and look for practical strategies, so that some theoretical and practical information can be provided for the current parents to train the personality of the teens of junior middle school.At present, I consider that the knowledge and operation of the school side is more mature for the problem, which is how to carry out the home-school co-operation better. So our concerns must be placed in the home side during the implementation of home-school co-operation. I think the following questions also need to be focused on: How can we locate the parents’ role position in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school? Whether is the parents’ role misplaced in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school? What is the suitable role position in training the personality of the young? What practical strategies can we provide for the parents to play the part? etc.The study seeks to enrich and replenish the home-school theory in order that parents can locate the position well in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school. Now lots of parents mix up their role in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school,misplace the role position commonly and locate the role position inaccurately. Moreover, the current related study lacks of theory research on parents’ role position. For this reason, the research of this article can enrich and replenish the home-school co-operation theory so as to make a theoretical contribution for the parents’ role position in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school. With the help of the in-depth research, which was held for the specific action policy for the parents’ role position and role practice in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school in case area—in Rongcheng District Jie Yan, the study tries to find realistic practical strategies and methods for parents’ role practice in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school, so that some guidance can be provided for the practical action. Consequently, this article has a large practical significance.Currently, the majority of home-school co-operation concerns in school education side, but there is little research with regard to the role location of home education side, so this article tries to study the weak link, which is creative in the study. The study goes deep into analyzing the warrant research on the policy for the parents’ role practice in training the personality of the teens of junior middle school in the case area, and seeing through the role practice policy of the parents of the teens of junior middle school in this area, which is another feature in the study.
