中等职业教育是我国国民教育体系中不可或缺的教育类型,它承担着培养高素质的一线技术人才的艰巨任务。本研究立足于中等职业教育,选取了职业学校的一个班级进行的个案研究。研究者是一位在中等职业学校从事学生管理的工作者,同时担任了班主任职务,对身边发生的现象非常关注,研究问题就来自于研究者的实际工作。站在班级管理的角度,提出班级赋权,探讨其对学生自我管理方面的影响,试图推动班级的建设和班级学生的发展。本论文由5部分组成,各部分相互联系,主要内容如下:第一章是绪论。针对当前中等职业学校的地位和发展现状,以及学生个体发展的需求,研究者从发现问题解决问题的思路出发,寻找相关学科的理论支持,确定了研究方向,即班级赋权对学生自我管理影响的研究。第二章是文献综述。从赋权、中等职业学校班级管理的研究和自我管理的研究等方面展开论述。第三章是研究过程的描述,包括对研究方法、赋权班级的选择、资料的收集的介绍和研究信度、效度及伦理道德的讨论 。第四章到第七章都是对研究者实地开展研究的展示,在这里让你看到了研究者是怎样借助不同的途径推动班级赋权,也有研究者对班级赋权的重新认识。通过观察、走访、谈话及文字分析等各种方式,及时了解和评估事态发展,及时修正。你可以深切地感受到班级赋权在对学生个体自我管理的不同方面的影响。第八章是讨论和总结。在这里,研究者根据实地研究作了两方面的讨论,一方面是班级赋权和学生自我管理方面的,班级赋权因学生班级角色不同而受到的影响不同,在促进学生的学习方面,班级赋权和学生自我管理互为影响,在生活管理方面,学生赋权水平更高。另一方面是研究者尝试对班主任赋权者角色的特征进行讨论。

Vocational education in our modern national education system is essential to the type of education. It gears toward producing high-quality front-line technical personnel. The research takes one class at a secondary vocational school as a case study. The author is a teacher engaged in student management in a secondary vocational school, and held the position of the headteacher. The research problem is come from the actual work of the author, who is very concerned about the phenomenon of happening around. The researcher tried to through the way of class empowerment, promote the development of the construction of class and class students. The thesis mainly consists of five parts like this:Chapter 1 is Preface. In view of the current status and development of the status quo of secondary vocational schools, as well as the needs of the development of the student individual, the researcher looked for related discipline theory support, and determined the research direction, the new way of class management--class empowerment to research on the effects of students' self-managementThe second chapter is literature review. This part discusses from four aspects about the understanding of the empowerment, class, secondary vocational school class management research, and self management research. The third chapter is the description of the research process, including the selection of research method, choice of class, data collection and research of reliability, validity and ethic.The fourth chapter to the seventh chapter is to display of the researcher in the field of research. In this part you see how the researcher using different ways to promote the class empowerment. By various means such as observation, visiting, talk and text analysis, the researcher understood and assessed the situation development in a timely manner, and made timely correction. Therefore, class empowerment is a very arduous task of the system.Chapter 8 is discussed. Here, based on field research, the researcher made a discussion of both. On the one hand, class empowerment and self-management of students is discussed. On the other hand, the researcher try to analyze the characteristics of the headteacher .
