吳焯是清初著名的藏書家、文獻學家。其瓶花齋藏書數萬卷，且多有舊槧舊鈔，是有清一代藏書鏈上的重要一環。吳焯以詩詞著稱，是浙西詞派的重要詞人；又精校勘，經其校讎之書歷來爲書林所重。著述頗豐，其中《繡谷亭薰習錄》是吳焯的版本目錄學著作。該書作爲清初目錄學的重要著作，流傳至今已非完書，僅存三卷。本文着重對《繡谷亭薰習錄》的文獻學價值進行研究，並將之與《讀書敏求記》相比較，以此爲基礎，試對《薰習錄》在版本目錄學史上的地位和成就做出評定。

Wu Zhuo is a very famous bibliophile and bibliographer in the early Qing Dynasty. The PING HUA ZHAI which was his personal library collected tens of thousands ancient volumes, in which it collected numbers of oldest and rare books, also plays an important role in the history of book collections. Wu Zhuo is known for his poetry, and he was an member of the school of Western Zhejing Poetry. Meanwhile, Wu Zhuo specialized in text proofreading, the books had been proofread by him were always valued by scholars. Further more, he wrote many books, one of them is XIU GU TING XUN XI LU which is a far-reaching bibliography. The book only remains three volumes now. The paper focuses on philology value of XIU GU TING XUN XI LU, and then compare it with DU SHU MIN QIU JI. On this basis, the paper try to define the status and achievements in the version and bibliography history.
