数字健康平台近年来获得迅猛发展,其在线问诊的方式弥补了传统线下医疗模式的不足。为提升患者对医生医治的满意度,本研究将选取两大数字健康平台,就医生身份特征及回复行为对患者满意度的影响进行分析。 本研究基于身份传播理论、媒介偏向理论,回答了以下几方面的问题:(1)医生身份相关因素与患者满意度之间是否存在显著差异?(2)医生回复内容相关因素与患者满意度之间是否具有相关性?(3)医生哪种回复方式下患者满意度更高?(4)文字回复方式下,医生回复哪种类型的内容会使患者满意度更高?(5)语音回复方式下,医生回复哪种类型的内容会使患者满意度更高?(6)数字健康平台中,文字和语音分别呈现出哪种时空偏向? 研究采用内容分析的方法,将两大平台进行对比,结果发现如下。就医生身份与患者满意度而言,好大夫在线平台中医生身份会影响患者满意度,而春雨医生平台中医生身份则不会影响患者满意度。就医生回复内容与患者满意度而言,医生所表达的信息支持与患者满意度之间强烈相关,而情感支持与患者满意度的关系并不显著。就信息传递的形式与患者满意度而言,在好大夫在线平台中,医生文字和语音相结合的回复方式并未呈现出更高的患者满意度,而春雨医生平台中此种回复方式则表现出了更高的患者满意度。就不同信息传递方式的时空偏向而言,研究者认为,电子媒介形式下,文字呈现出较多的时间偏向,而语音则呈现出较多的空间偏向。 本文创新性地考察了不同回复方式对患者满意度的影响,并在理论上进一步思考了英尼斯媒介偏向论在互联网时代的适用性。同时,在对比研究中,研究者为不同数字健康平台的发展及医生行为提出了建议。 |

Digital health platforms have grown rapidly in recent years,Its online consultation method makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional offline medical model.In order to promote patients' satisfaction with doctors' treatment,This study will select two major digital health platforms for empirical research. This research is based on identity communication theory,media bias theory.The following questions were answered: (1) Are there significant differences between factors related to identity characteristics and patient satisfaction?(2) Is there a correlation between factors related to the content of doctors' responses and patient satisfaction? (3) Which response method has higher patient satisfaction?(4) Under the text reply method, what type of content does the doctor reply to make the patient more satisfied? (5) Under the voice reply method, what type of content does the doctor reply to make the patient more satisfied? (6) In the digital health platform, what kind of spatial and temporal bias does text and voice show? The research uses the method of content analysis to compare the two platforms, and the results are as follows. In terms of doctor's identity and patient satisfaction, the doctor's identity on the Haodaifu online platform will affect patient satisfaction, while the doctor's identity on Chunyu Doctor's platform will not affect patient satisfaction. As far as doctor's reply content and patient satisfaction are concerned, there is a strong correlation between the information support expressed by doctors and patient satisfaction, while the relationship between emotional support and patient satisfaction is not significant. As far as the form of information transmission and patient satisfaction are concerned, on the Haodaifu online platform, the doctor's reply method combining text and voice does not show higher patient satisfaction, while this reply method on Chunyu Doctor's platform shows a higher level of patient satisfaction. higher patient satisfaction. As far as the temporal and spatial biases of different information transmission methods are concerned, the researchers believe that in the form of electronic media, text shows more temporal bias, while voice shows more spatial bias. This paper innovatively examines the impact of different response methods on patient satisfaction, and theoretically further considers the applicability of Innes media bias in the Internet age. At the same time, in the comparative study, the researchers made suggestions for the development of different digital health platforms and the behavior of doctors. |
