发展创业教育已经成为当今世界教育系统适应经济发展的重要共识,如何 健全创业教育体系建设并进一步发扬创业精神,也是教育工作者们不可忽略的 重要课题。新时代的创业教育已经不仅仅局限在高校内部,其与外界各组分的合 作与联系越发紧密,承担主要教育职能的高校与政府机构、企业与公司、社会组 织等外部因素共同组成了一个创业教育系统,系统中各组分之间相互联系、相互 影响。因此,仅仅将高校作为传统创业教育的研究对象已不足以对整个创业教育 体系进行深入的洞察。本研究在引入了生态系统理论的基础上,为传统的创业教 育体系研究提供新视角,进一步发展了创业教育生态系统的内涵,从组分构成与 生态角色职能两方面提供了应对系统复杂性的研究视角,并结合案例研究方法 对南洋科技创业中心的创业教育体系的要素组成与角色定位进行了系统的梳理。 本研究首先讨论了自然生态系统与创业教育系统之间的共性特征,具体包 括系统结构的复杂性,流动性,分层性,动态上的非线性,自组织性,开放与互 联,韧性与动态平衡等,为生态系统理论的跨学科类比研究提供了可行性保证。 本研究认为,创业教育生态系统理论是在对生物与环境之间的结构组成、交互过 程、功能和相互作用的理解基础上,为创业教育过程与组分角色赋予生态学意 义,以更好的审视与研究创业教育过程中的复杂问题,以期未来进一步将生态系 统的理论与思想付诸实践,更好的应用于创业教育体系的管理、建设、完善中。 在全球范围内涌现的诸多优秀创业教育体系中,新加坡南洋科技创业中心 (Nanyang Technopreneurship Center, NTC)以其卓越的创业教育生态系统享誉世界。 本研究则进一步将南洋科技创业中心及其所在的创业教育生态系统作为研究案 例,梳理出这一创业教育体系中的各个参与要素,同时将各组分的角色职能与自 然生态系统做了类比,归纳出创业教育生态系统的四大生态组分为——生产要 素、消费要素、支持要素、环境要素。一方面能更好的理解创业教育生态系统的 分析框架,另一方面,通过深入地了解国际上成熟的高校创业教育体系的主要特 征,也能为中国高校创业教育的改革和发展提供镜鉴。本研究最后也从生态系统 理论出发,以生态角色的视角对中国进一步构建完善创业教育体 系的追求提出了建设性意见。

The development of entrepreneurship education has become an important consensus for the world education system to adapt to the economic development. How to improve the entrepreneurship education system construction and further develop the entrepreneurship spirit is also an important issue for educators. Today's entrepreneurship education is not only confined to the inside of universities, but its cooperation and links with the outside world have become more and more close, such as universities, government agencies, enterprises and companies, social organizations and so on, from a school-based entrepreneurship education, further developed into the Entrepreneurship Education System. Therefore. it is not enough to take colleges and universities as the analysis unit of entrepreneurship education to have a deep insight into the whole entrepreneurship education system. This research is based on the Ecosystem Theory, in order to study the entrepreneurship education system from a new perspective, further develops the connotation of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem, and provides the complexity of the system in terms of component composition and ecological role function. The case study method is used to systematically sort out the elements and role orientation of the entrepreneurship education system of Nanyang Technopreneurship Center. This research first discussed the commonness between the natural ecosystem and the entrepreneurship education system, including the system complexity, biological self-organization, non-linearity and stratification, openness, interrelationship and interaction, nutrition structure and circulation, resilience and dynamic balance, etc. It provides a feasible guarantee for the interdisciplinary analogy of ecosystem theory. The Entrepreneurship Education System theory is based on the understanding of the structural composition, interaction process, function and interaction between biology and the environment, and further examines and studies the process of entrepreneurship education by giving ecological significance to the process of entrepreneurship education and component roles. The complex problems in the future, in the future, further put the theory and ideas of the ecosystem into practice, and better apply to the management, construction and improvement of the entrepreneurship education system. Among the many outstanding entrepreneurship education systems that have emerged around the world, the Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) is known worldwide for its excellent entrepreneurship education ecosystem. This study further takes the Nanyang Technopreneurship Center and its entrepreneurship education ecosystem as research cases, sorts out the various factors of participation in this entrepreneurship education system, and compares the role functions of each component with the natural ecosystem, summarizes the four major ecological components of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem: Production Factors, Consumption Factors, Support Factors and Environmental Factors. The aim is to better understand the analytical framework of the entrepreneurship education ecosystem, on the other hand, through an in-depth understanding of the internationally mature entrepreneurship education system, it can also provide a mirror for the reform and development of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities. At the end of this study, from the perspective of ecosystem theory, this paper puts forward constructive opinions on the pursuit of China to further improve and perfect the entrepreneurship education system from the perspective of ecological role.
