当前,我国大学生就业存在着严重的就业能力缺失问题。提升大学生就业能力是促进高等教育人才培养与社会人才需求对接的突破口。大学生业就能力的开发被各国作为重要的研究内容。目前我国大学生就业能力缺失的主要表现为大学生学习行为缺失、就业心态缺失、职业道德缺失和求职技巧缺失等。引起大学生就业能力缺失的主要原因是由于大学生就业能力理论缺失造成就业指导缺乏实效性。大学生就业能力缺失由大学生自身、社会政策和学校的培养三方面造成的。大学生就业能力培养的主要内容包括专业能力的培养、适应能力的养成和竞争能力提升等方面。本文通过查阅大量的文献,并对文献中国内外有关内容进行比较,阐述了国内外学者对就业能力内涵的不同理解,通过对影响大学生就业能力因素和国内外提升就业能力的研究分析,并对米兰理工大学和英国利物浦大学等国外大学生就业能力培养模式特点的考察,得出国外应用型大学人才培养模式对我国的启示。通过对徐州工程学院学生就业能力问卷调查和对用人单位的访谈,分析了学生就业能力现状,从而发现影响就业能力的主要因素。根据分析所得结果提出应用型本科院校学生就业能力培养路径。对于应用型本科院校来说最重要的是一个科学合理的顶层设计,包括人才培养思路、人才培养模式、科学的课程体系以及产学研相结合的培养方式。根据科学合理的顶层设计,制定以确立教师考核管理制度、学生激励制度和就业能力培养保障制度为核心的培养大学生就业能力的可行性对策。
外文摘要:
Nowadays,there is a serious problem lacking employability among Chinese college students. Therefore, improving their employability is key to enhancing the interface of talents cultivation of higher education and social demands for employees. College students’ employability refers to the ability to find jobs by studying or practicing in college education, including that of working and getting promoted. The development of it has been an important research project in many countries. Lack of employability is mainly manifested by lack of study behavior, employment mentality, professional ethics and skills in job hunting. The causes of lacking employability are mainly short of timely careers guidance which is caused by lacking theories of employability. And this serious problem is caused by students themselves, social policy and college education. The training of the employability consists of cultivating their professional ability, adaptive capacity and competitive power.The article refers to many relevant documents of training college students’ employability at home and abroad, expounding different understandings of different scholars. By investigating in Milan Polytechnic University and University of Liverpool,the study presents different interpretations on employability to support it in theory and practice. According to the questionnaire survey among the students of Xuzhou Institute of Technology and the communication with the employers, the article analyzes the current situation of students’ employability and finds the main cause influencing it. And the article also provides some reasonable methods in cultivating students’ employability among application-oriented institutes. A reasonable top design is the most important thing for application-oriented institutes, including the minds and modes of cultivation and the scientific course system. According to the top design, we should provide countermeasures to improve the competence by establishing teachers’ assessment and management system, students’ incentive and protective system of training employability.
