随着中国经济社会和科技信息的发展,人们的交际需求不断增强,社交圈也随之变大,人们需要持卡在城市间进行频繁的业务来往和交流沟通,尤其对于经常外地出差的商业人士,将携带更多的卡而造成极大困挠,因而,“一卡在手,生活无忧”是民众共同所期待美好愿望。虽然,交通行业互联互通卡正在全国推广,但是,此卡属性为不记名不挂失,且不能跨行业多领域应用。目前,餐卡无法乘坐公交、地铁等交通工具,同样,公交卡也无法就餐使用,这就造成了城市居民拥有各类不同卡片,这样不仅不便于在日常生活中的管理,而且造成社会资源极大的浪费。 M公司成立于2015年,该公司致力于“实名+实人”的互联互通一卡通系统研发,将政务中心、公交、医疗、教育、社保等公用事业、众多消费领域的身份认证,以及预付费、快速结算和支付功能集成,起到信息存储和共享、资源整合、方便群众、提高政府服务水平和企业运营效率的作用,彻底打通金融服务群众的“最后一公里”,达到“一卡在手,生活无忧”的总体目标,其卡片采用实名制,搭载手指静脉等生物特征,为用户提供安全可靠的跨行业、多领域的一卡通系统,给用户带来更好的消费体验。目前该公司处于业务成长发展期,虽然M公司一卡通业务在西安科技园区、公交等领域业务开展顺利,但是其抗风险能力相对较差,为保证M公司正常的生产经营,保持核心竞争力,获得市场竞争优势,M公司一卡通业务必须在愿景的支撑下探索适合自己业务模式的战略发展道路。 本文首先查阅近几年的一卡通业务发展战略相关文献资料,分析并归纳总结文献内容以及目前研究不足。其次,运用模型分析M公司一卡通所处的政治、经济、社会和技术环境。然后通过波特五力分析模型分析归纳M公司一卡通业务发展中所遇到的主要问题。最后,针对上述的分析,为M公司一卡通业务战略发展提供战略发展方案并提供实施保障以适应环境的变化,应对激烈的竞争。 本研究不仅对该领域的理论探索具有重要意义,而且能很好地帮助解决实际的一卡通企业发展问题,同时丰富和发展战略相关研究的理论。

With the development of China's economic and technology, people's communication needs are increasing, and social circles have become larger. People need to carry out business and communication between cities frequently. " One card in the hand, life without worry " is the common aspiration of the people. Although the transportation industry interconnection card is being promoted throughout the country, the property of this card is anonymous, and it cannot be applied across industries and fields. At present, food cards cannot take public transport, subway and other means of transportation, meanwhile, the bus card cannot be used for meals, which causes the city residents to have various kinds of cards, which is not only inconvenient for the management of daily life, but also causes great waste of social resources. M company was established in 2015, which is committed to the research and development of "real name + real people" interconnected and interconnected card system. It provides public services such as government center, public transport, medical, education, social security and so on, and the identity authentication of many consumption fields, as well as prepayment, quick settlement and payment functions, which can serve as information storage, sharing and resources. To integrate, facilitate the masses, improve the service level of the government and the operation efficiency of the enterprise, thoroughly through the "last kilometer" of the financial service people, to achieve the overall goal of "one card in hand, life without worry". The card adopts the real name system and carries the biological characteristics such as finger veins to provide the safe and reliable cross industry for the users. The multi domain smart card system brings users a better consumption experience. At present, the company is in the development period of business growth. Although the business of M company card business in Xi'an science and Technology Park, bus and other fields has been successfully carried out, its anti-risk ability is relatively poor. To ensure the normal production and operation of M company, maintain the core competitiveness and gain the competitive advantage of the market, the M company card business must be willing to explore a strategic development path that suits our business model. Firstly, this paper reviews the related literature on the development strategy of one card business in recent years and summarizes the literature content and the current lack of research. Secondly, this paper makes use of the model to analyze the political, economic, social and technological environment of M Company’s card business. Then, through Potter five force analysis model, this paper sums up the main problems encountered in the development of M Company’s card business. Finally, in view of the above analysis, this paper provides a strategic development plan for the M Company’s card business strategy development and provides implementation guarantee to adapt to the change of the environment and cope with the fierce competition. This research not only is of great significance to the theoretical exploration in this field, but also helps to solve the problem of the actual development of the actual card enterprises and enriches and develops the theory of strategic research.
