本文是一项对企业作为“社区工作者”介入到社区养老服务的个案研究。本文致力于回答的核心问题是：市场以什么样的身份和途径参与到社区养老服务中？ 在分析市场参与社区养老服务的过程中，主要回答以下几个方面的具体问题：企业作为服务的供给主体能够为社区提供何种类型的社区养老服务、服务有何特点？企业在介入社区养老服务过程中扮演了什么样的“社区工作者”角色？在这一过程中，企业参与遵循着什么样的“合作化”路径与“分散化”的市场运营策略？ 本文以上海市“点帮帮”社区公共服务平台为案例，通过研究该服务平台的服务宗旨、服务项目和功能作用，提炼出其在提供社区养老服务过程中的“平台化”、“信息化”的工作特点，并指出该平台在这一过程中所扮演的“社区工作者”身份，进而理清其在介入社区养老服务领域兼具福利性与营利性的“合作化”途径与“分散化”市场运营策略。在此基础上，本文提出市场参与社区养老服务领域的工作模式是一套以构建社区养老服务支持系统为核心理念的有限市场化的新型“在社区照顾”养老模式。

This article is a case study of a company works as a "community social worker" for community aged services. The core of this research is to answer: What kind of identity and method of the market when it participates in community aged services? In the process of analyzing this mode of aged service, there are three main issues should be answered: What type of services can be provided for old people? How does the market play as a "community social worker"? In this process, what are the cooperative path and decentralized strategy of the market? This article takes the "Dian Bangbang" community service platform in Shanghai as an example. The author studied the purpose, function and effect of the service platform to clarify its character and then point out the role of “community social worker” played by the market. On this basis, this article puts forward that the market participation model in the field of community aged services is a new type of care in community" with limited marketization and the core idea of the model is to ??construct community aged service supporting system.
