幼儿园教师专业发展是提升学前教育质量的重要因素，而大学、政府与幼儿园（U-D-K）合作已经越来越成为促进幼儿园教师专业发展的重要途径，由此，对大学、政府与幼儿园合作促进幼儿园教师专业发展的机制展开研究具有重要意义。本研究运用观察法、访谈法和问卷法等方法调查和分析了B师范大学、S区教委和S区10所幼儿园三方合作促进幼儿园教师专业发展的机制，以期为大学、政府与幼儿园合作促进幼儿园教师专业发展提供一些有益的启示。本研究包括以下五个部分：第一章是问题提出与研究设计。本章主要介绍了研究的缘起、研究的问题、研究的意义
