教育是一个复杂的系统,由学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育构成。在这个系统中,学校教育是核心,家庭教育是学校教育的基础和前提,社会教育是学校教育的延伸和补充,三种教育形态即相对独立,又密不可分,共同作用于受教育者,才能收到最好的教育效果。对于六至十二岁的小学生来说,正处在人生的起始阶段,也是接受教育的黄金时期,家庭教育和学校教育显得尤为重要。尤其是开展家校之间的沟通,可以让学校和家庭之间增进了解,促进教育理念、教育目标、教育方法、教育措施保持一致,对教育效果的提升更是起到了至关重要的作用。家长群体作为一个特殊的社会群体,对基础教育的关注度尤为突出。他们与学校的关系是否融洽,决定了他们既可以成为推动教育的助力者、拓展教育的开拓者、深化教育的协作者;也可能成为制约教育发展的阻碍者、影响教育实施的反对者。开展家校沟通工作,对于家长来说,可以深入理解学校的办学理念和教育方针、全面了解教师的教学方法和理念、客观了解孩子在学校的各方面情况;对于学校来说,可以更好地传播学校的办学理念、挖掘家长当中的教育资源、融洽家校之间的关系等等。家校沟通的重要性毋庸置疑,但是在操作层面,家校沟通的目标、内容与方式上还存在着一些问题,家校沟通的策略亟待优化与提升。如何实现真正意义上的家校沟通,提高沟通的质量,改善沟通效果,创新沟通形式,实现服务学生成长发展的目标,是本文探讨的核心。本文以S小学为个案,采用问卷调查的方式,对S小学280名一至五年级家长进行调查。在数据分析的基础上,对其家校沟通的现状进行研究,梳理出家校沟通的问题,提出改进对策,对S小学今后家校合作和学校发展将起到积极的推动作用。本文共包括六章内容。第一章是导论,包括有关选题的背景、问题的提出、研究的意义以及研究思路和方法;第二章是相关概念,包括营销理论中的沟通概念、家校沟通的概念和家校沟通的相关文献梳理;第三章是问题的提出与调查设计,包括S小学概况介绍、S小学家校沟通的现状以及改善家校沟通的调查设计;第四章是调查数据分析,内容涉及受访者基本情况、在家校沟通中家长所关心的内容、家长希望学校解决的内容、学校关心的问题等等;第五章是改善S小学家校沟通水平的策略;第六章是结论与展望。

Education is a complex system. It contains school education, family education and society education. In this system, school education is the core. Family education is the basic and premise. And society education is the extend and replenish. They are not only independent, but also intervene.For students, from 6-12 ages, they are at the beginning of their lives. They are enjoying the golden time of having education, so family education and school education are very important. To use the communication between families and schools, the two sides can promote the understanding. To promote the education ideal, aims and measures, can improve the level pf education effects.The Parent-group is very special, they have the most power. Whether it will be the helper to improve, the settler to expend, the cooperator to deepen, or the interrupter to restriction, the opponents to impact, depends on the relationship between the group and the school. As we known, do well in the communication, can make the relationship closer and the group can know our school well, and let the students grow stronger. But with the development of the whole society and the education itself, the education context, methods and form have been deeply changes. To analysis these changes, we can get the most promoting effect to the communication level , and the developing future of the school. The research based on the theoretical basis, and use the way of questionnaire investigation and interview, the results from 280 students and their parents. From the result, summarize the rule of the communication in modern times, and hope that the result can be useful in the future.The first chapter: Introduction. It contains the background, the putting forward of the question, the meaning of the research and the ways of researching.The second chapter: Conception. It contains the communication of the marketing theory, the conception of the Family and School communication, and the documents of it.The third chapter: It contains the researching design, the introduction of the S primary school, the present situation and the reaching design of improving of the communication,The fourth chapter: The data analysis. It contains the base situation of the interviewee, the contents that parents focus on, what the parents want to solve and the problems the school focus on.The fifth chapter: The strategies of improving the communication level of the S primary school.The sixth chapter: The conclusion and expectation.

作者简介: | 张苹,北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院教育运营与管理专业在职研究生。从事教育管理工作20年来,一直致力于家校沟通方面的研究。多年来,一直坚持利用家长调查问卷的方式进行分析研究。尤其是在家校沟通对学生成长的促进作用、家校沟通对学校特色建设的促进作用、家校沟通对学校综合发展的促进作用等方面取得了一定的成绩,论文在教育系统内发表,也曾在教育系统内进行经验介绍。 |
