伴随着风起云涌的Me Too运动，越来越多职场性骚扰幸存者积极发声，使职场性骚扰成为一个不可回避的社会议题。本研究在回顾大量国内外职场性骚扰的概念、成因理论、实施者、幸存者以及职场性骚扰的后果和影响的研究基础上，聚焦于职场性骚扰幸存者这一群体。本研究运用实物收集法和访谈法相结合的方式收集职场性骚扰幸存者的故事文本，运用叙事研究的方法，探究幸存者的职场性骚扰遭遇、心路历程、应对过程、申诉过程以及旁观者的态度等方面的主体话语。在此基础上，本研究从职场性骚扰法律法规、用人单位的主体责任、社会工作者的介入路径层面提出相关建议，以增进社会大众对职场性骚扰现象的认知，推动建立职场性骚扰幸存者的社会支持系统，营造良好的职场环境，改善职场性骚扰幸存者的生存现状。

With the raging Me Too movement, more and more sexual harassment survivors in the workplace are actively speaking, making sexual harassment in the workplace an unavoidable social issue. This study focuses on the group of sexual harassment survivors in the workplace, based on a review of the concepts of domestic and international sexual harassment, the theory of genesis, implementers, survivors, and the consequences and impacts of sexual harassment in the workplace. The study collected the story texts of survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace through a combination of physical collection and interviews, and used the research methods of narrative research to explore survivors' experiences in the workplace sexual harassment, mentality, coping process, appeal process, and bystanders' attitudes and reactions. On this basis, the study make recommendations from the workplace sexual harassment laws and regulations, the employer's main responsibility, and the social workers' intervention path. The ultimate goal is to increase the public's awareness of sexual harassment in the workplace, promote the establishment of social support systems for survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace, create a good workplace environment and improve the survival of survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace.
