当代经济和互联网快速发展,大众生活质量显著提高,经济模式也随着科技的改变发生了变化,带来了体验与共享经济的转型。随着各产业对互联网的依赖增加,产业转型也紧随经济模式的改变发生。旅游业也不例外,传统的电子商务平台已经无法满足用户的需求,用户正在追求一种更自由的旅行方式, 并且越来越关注与体验紧密相关的内容。 本文通过对市场大环境、经济环境、旅游行业产品现状、用户现状的调研把握设计的需求与趋势,发现当前旅游行业的需求缺口,并提出问题:怎样的设计可以帮助用户实现真正的自由出行?以用户原创内容UGC(User Generated Content)为核心的设计是否为用户需要?设计出的方案在测试中是否可以保证良好的效率、易用性、有效性、和满意度? 在完成对市场、产品和设计的调研并提出问题之后,本文对目标用户、目标设计场景和用户需求进行了定义,使用设计工具将设计方案以中保真原型的形式呈现,在原型中保证完整的界面和架构,呈现一定的视觉设计,对任务逻辑、任务流程和交互进行具体的界面层次上的说明。 之后对设计方案进行可用性测试,这是设计后探查用户是否可以流畅使用产品的必要步骤。 本可用性测试的研究目的是:一,使用问卷了解被试对原型的整体评价如何,整体评价包括系统的易用性(是否容易使用)、有效性(是否引起不良情绪体验)、效率(可是否以满足需求)、满意度(是否需要在操作中纠正系统)等;二,使用认知走查法探查被试在任务完成中遇到了怎样的问题,哪些问题需要被改进;三,通过转录和总结被试的操作行为检查中保真原型中的任务逻辑和支线是否完整;四,探索佩戴式眼动设备在任务型可用性测试中能起到怎样的作用。 可用性测试的结果中,ASQ场景后问卷和UMUX可用性度量问卷的得分显示,被试对任务完成的时间、难度和信息支持情况总体满意,对原型系统整体满意,认为系统易用、有效率、令人满意。其中,相关和回归的结果显示,被试对任务完成时间的满意度可以有效预测被试对系统易用性、可用性和满意度的分数,被试对任务难度的满意度可以有效预测系统的有效性分数,这说明简洁的设计和清晰的页面结构为用户所欢迎,也启示设计师可以利用用户的碎片化时间进行设计。 同时,认知走查法中,通过转录和分析被试的操作行为和语言,结合问卷后的简单访谈与眼动的定性支撑,发现设计系统的路径和逻辑完整,但在细节上存在较多的问题,笔者使用Dumas和Redish的方法对问题进行评级,总结出11条设计建议,并根据设计建议进行了方案迭代。 测试发现,以“共享即时体验”为核心的设计方案可以满足用户个性的需求,设计方案在可用性测试中存在需要改进的问题。在文章最后,笔者讨论了本研究的不足和未来。

With the rapid development of the modern economy and the Internet, the quality of life has improved significantly, and the economic model has changed with the change of science and technology, which bring the transformation of experience and sharing economy. Meanwhile, with the increasing dependence of industries on the Internet, the industrial transformation also follows the change of economic model. Tourism industry is no exception, and the traditional e-commerce platform has been unable to meet the needs of users who want a more free way to travel, and pay more and more attention to the content closely related to experience. This article grasps the trend of design through the research of market environment, economic environment, the situation of tourism products and current users’ requirements, and then put forward questions: what kind of design can help users to achieve the real freedom of travelling? Is user-generated content the core of the design users need? Does the final design guarantee good efficiency, ease of use and satisfaction in the testing? After putting forward these questions, the target users, user needs, design scenarios will be defined. The author will use design tool to present the design scheme in the form of prototype, which ensure complete interfaces and essential visual design. Illustrations of task logic, task processes, and interactions are also included. After the design, usability testing will be performed on the design scheme, which is a necessary step to explore whether the user can use the product smoothly. The purposes of this usability test are: First. To understand the overall evaluation of the prototype based on the questionnaire, the overall evaluation includes usability, effectiveness ,efficiency, satisfaction and so on; Second, use the cognitive walking through method to probe the problems encountered in the task and define what problems need to be improved; Third, to find whether the task logic and the branch line in the prototype are complete through transcribing and summarizing the operational behavior of the participants; Fourth, explore the role of wearable eye-movement device in mission-type usability testing. Usability testing results from the After-Scenario Questionnaire and Usability Metric for User Experience Questionnaire show that participants are satisfied with the time, difficulty and information support of the task. They also have overall satisfaction with the prototype system, they think the system is easy to use, available and efficient. Correlation and regression analysis show that the satisfaction of task completion time can significantly predict the participants scores on the system usability, availability, and overall satisfaction and the satisfaction of task difficulty can significantly predict the participants scores on the system effectiveness, which shows that a concise design and clear page structure are welcomed by users and the utilize of fragmented time can be important reference of future design. At the same time, with the help of the cognitive walkthrough method and qualitative support from eye tracking, the test results show that the system has covered the full path and logic, but still exist some problems in detail. With the help of the method concluded by Dumas and Redish, 11 design problems are summed up, and design suggestions are given. The eye movement equipment also provides qualitative evidence, which help explain the reason behind some design problems. The user test shows that the design with the core of shared instant experience can feed uses’ need and there are some weaknesses need to be improved in the prototype system. Finally, the article discusses about its weakness and the future of the design scheme.
