为实现高等教育自学考试从应试教育到素质教育、从学科型人才培养到应用型人才培养的转变,必须改变传统的“一卷定考,60分定乾坤”的考核方式,并根据人才培养目标和专业课程性质的要求,探索多元化的评价方式与方法。论文在回顾我国自学考试发展历史和学业评价特征的基础上,开展了包括纸笔理论考试、实践环节考试(考核);过程性考试(网络注册学习过程性考核)、终结性考试;闭卷考试、开卷考试等评价方式、方法的调查研究工作,总结归纳了当前高等教育自学考试学生学业评价存在的主要问题,提出以培养应用型、职业型、技能型人才为目标,改革学生学业评价方式,建立相对完整、系统的、多元化的学业评价方式方法,推动自考助学院校人才培养质量的提高。

In order to realize the transformation from the examination-oriented education to quality education, from the discipline talents to applied talents in higher education examination for self-taught learners, the traditional evaluation methods must be changed. Diversified evaluation methods should be explored, according to the requirements of talent training objective and the nature of different courses. Dating back to the history and the features of academic evaluation, the article probes into the evaluation methods of theory course , practical examination, process evaluation " process assessment on network learning "and terminal evaluation, summed up the deficiencies of academic evaluation in higher education examination for self-taught learners, put forward to reform the students' academic evaluation ,in order to cultivate applied , occupational talents.Furthermore,it is vital to establish a relatively complete, system, multivariate academic assessment methods, in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
