改革开放以来,党中央、国务院始终高度重视职业教育发展,把职业教育摆在了突出的位置。由于国家推出政策大力发展职业教育,近几年来,我国中等职业教育得到了飞速的发展,毕业生大量涌入社会。可是毕业的学生却不能满足市场、不能满足企业对中等职业层次技能型人才的需求。究其原因发现在具体的教学过程中,教师注重理论知识的传授,忽视了实践教学的重要性,特别是和网络及信息技术相结合的这类新型课程的教学。要彻底提高中职学生的实践能力,满足市场对中等职业人才的需求,就要打破以传授理论知识为主的教学模式,构建使学生实践能力增长的教学模式,即“以市场需求、就业为导向、分层推进”的实践教学模式。该实践教学模式包括四个层次,分别为案例实践、模拟实践、课外实践和综合实践。本文通过中职网络营销课程进行上述模式的教学实践研究,选取了两个平行班进行教学实验。通过教学实验证明“以市场需求、就业为导向,分层推进”实践教学模式有效提高了学生的实践能力,培养了学生的综合素质,是符合中职特点的教学模式。

Since the policy of reform and opening up has been carried out,Chinese Party Central Committee and State Council always pay great attention to the development of vocational education which is in a prominent position. Due to a series of policy that are launched by the country in order to vigorous expansion of vocational education, the vocational education of our country has developed rapidly and many graduates step into the society in recently years. But the graduates cannot supply the market and enterprises’ demands for secondary vocational level skilled talents. Trace it to its cause, we find that most of the teachers pay much attention in specific teaching process and neglect the importance of the practical teaching, especially those teaching process of new type courses which combined with the internet and information technology. How to make a radical change to improve the ability of practice of the students who come from the advanced and secondary vocational schools? We need to break with the traditional teaching model mainly on speculative knowledge and make up a teaching model to strengthen the students’ practical ability. That practical teaching model includes four levels. They are cases practice, simulated practice, extracurricular practice and comprehensive practice. This practical teaching model’s research is carried out through the E-Marketing course of secondary vocational schools depends on two parallel classes. The teaching experiment proves that practical teaching model which means "to the market demand, the employment as the guidance, layered advance" can effectively raise the students’ practical ability, foster their comprehensive quality. It is in accord with the characteristics of secondary vocational school’s teaching model.
