征地农转非群体是我国快速城镇化背景下产生的一个特殊且庞大的群体。在由农民身份向市民身份转变的过程中，征地农转非群体出现了市民身份认同障碍问题，未能实现真正的“人的城镇化”。本文从制度身份、社会记忆、社会交往和经济资本四个理论解释路径出发，以河南省N社区征地农转非群体为调查对象，采用访谈、问卷调查和参与式观察的研究方法，研究分析影响征地农转非群体身份认同的因素。调查结果表明，制度身份的符号象征意义、农民角色的社会记忆以及经济收入的相对剥夺影响了征地农转非群体的市民身份认同，而开放的社会交往则促进了该群体的市民身份认同。

Land-lost peasants are a special and large group under the background of rapid urbanization in China. In the process of changing from peasant identity to citizen identity, the problem of identity obstacle appeared in the land-lost peasants, which failed to realize the real "urbanization of human". Based on the four theoretical explanation paths of institutional identity, social memory, social communication and economic capital, this paper takes the land-lost peasants of N Community in Henan Province as the object of investigation, and uses the research methods of interview, questionnaire survey and participatory observation to study and analyze the factors affecting the citizen identity of land-lost peasants. The results show that the symbolic significance of institutional identity, the social memory of peasants' role and the relative deprivation of economic income affect the citizen identity of land-lost peasants, while open social communication promotes the citizen identity.
