摘 要随着时代的发展,社会对人才的需求发生着与时代相适应的转变。根据2007年教育部下发的《教育部关于进一步深化本科教学改革全面提高教学质量的若干意见》精神,高等院校不断拓宽发展道路,培养高质量的舞蹈学人才。随着艺术与体育相交融趋势的增强,体育院校开始设立艺术类专业。目前,我国14所体育院校中已有6所开设了舞蹈学专业。由于体育院校中的舞蹈学专业是新兴专业,各方面的建设还在探索和完善中之中,因此有必要调研各体育院校舞蹈学专业的建设方案,结合体育院校的专业特点,借鉴艺术院校舞蹈学办学经验,进一步完善体育院校舞蹈学专业的建设方案和人才培养模式。对提高舞蹈学人才的整体素质,完善我国体育院校舞蹈学专业的人才培养模式具有一定的现实指导意义和参考价值。本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等研究方法,选取天津体育学院、广州体育学院、山东体育学院、西安体育学院、成都体育学院、河北体育学院共6所已开设舞蹈学专业的体育院校为调查对象;通过全面深入调查,分析目前舞蹈学专业在培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设、教材以及场地设施等方面的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上,结合人才培养模式的基本理论,完善我国体育院校舞蹈学专业人才培养模式,并提出实施建议,为我国教育管理部门制定舞蹈学专业招生、培养方案等科学决策服务。研究表明:①目前各院校在专业方向上能够在一定程度上反映本院校和地区的特色,但培养目标中缺少体育特色,课程设置过多的参照了艺术师范类院校的舞蹈学专业,虽在主要课程中加开了一些体育类课程,但大部分院校体育类课程门数和学时都较少,与艺术院校相比优势不明显,体育特色不鲜明。另外,没有重视实践课对学生专业技能的提高作用。②承担舞蹈学专业课程的舞蹈类专业教师,职称、学历偏低,年龄结构层次不够合理,缺少学历及职称较高的带头人。因此急需引进高层次的舞蹈学专业的专业教师。③教材建设远远落后于专业建设,目前所使用的教材大多是借用了艺术院校舞蹈学专业的教材,体育院校舞蹈学专业专门教材少。教材是教学活动的依据,高质量的教材也是教学质量的前提和保证,因此加强教材建设是当务之急。④场地设备跟不上,很多院校的新场馆还在建设之中,现有的场馆不能满足专业课程授课的需要,导致场馆的拥挤,教学质量不高。针对调研结论建议:①坚持“艺术为本,体育为特色”的办学宗旨,以市场需求为依托,利用体育的特点与优势,结合舞蹈共同发展。课程设置适当增加体育类及新兴项目课程,将体育与舞蹈充分结合,突出办学特色。强化实践环节,给学生创造更多教育实习及舞台实践机会,在实践中巩固知识,提高实践能力及创新能力。②加强舞蹈学专业师资队伍建设,建立一支数量充足、水平较高的教师队伍是目前高校应着力解决的首要问题。可以分两步走,一是大力引进高素质专业人才,二是采取进修等各种途径对在校教师进行继续教育和学习,使之不断更新自己的知识,提高专业知识、思想道德素质,从而适应社会发展的需要。③鼓励自编教材,针对体育院校舞蹈学专业的特点,结合体育与舞蹈编写教材内容,促进专业的发展。④院校领导应高度重视,在政策上及经济上给与大力支持,加大经费的投入,加大场馆的建设力度,科学决策,发挥地方优势。

ABSTRACTSociety’s demand for the talent has changed with the times development。According to《further deepen the reform of undergraduate teaching and comprehensively improve the quality of teaching》issued by the Ministry of Education in 2007 , Institutions of higher learning continue to expand the developing road, and cultivate high-quality dancing talents. The blend of art and PE makes physical education universities establish art major. At present,6 out of 14 sports institutions in China have set up dance major.However, since it is a newly developing major in P.E universities, all aspects of construction are being explored and improved, it is therefore necessary to explore the scientific and rational construction of major programs, and use the experince of art academy in setting up dance major as a reference to further improve the telent cultivation pattern of dance major in P.E universities. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey, Expert interviews, and statistical approach and data,this paper selects six institutes ,namely, Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Xi'an Institute of Physical Education, Chengdu Institute of Physical Education, and Hebei Institute of Physical Education , which all have set up dance major, as its study target; Through in-depth investigation, this paper analysises the present conditions and the existing problems in traing objectives, curriculum provision ,teacers, teaching materials and space facilities of dance major .Based on this, the study combines the basical idea of personnel training model to better dance professional training model in China’s P.E institutes, and puts forward the implementation sugestions. Serving our educational management department in making dance major enrollment and training programme. Meanwhile, it offers reference value to the improvement of the overall quality of dance professionals and the perfect of personnel training model in China’s P.E universities Conclusion:1, The various institutions can reflect the characteristics of institutions and regions to a certain extent in the professional direction, however,the training objectives are lack of sports features , Curriculum is based too much on art colleges in setting dance major, though a number of additional physical education courses are added in the main courses, the categrories and periods are less , compared to art colleges,there are no obvious advantages and no distinct sports characteristics. In addition, there is no attention to the role of practice class played in enhancing students’ professional skills.2, The positional title ,age and educational background of Professional dance teachers are low , and the level of age structure is not a reasonable, lack of academic qualifications and the higher titles of the leaders. Hence,there is an urgent need to introduce high-level professional dance teachers. 3, The construction of teaching materials far behind the professional building, Materials currently used in most institutions are the ones used in the art academy,the teaching materials used for dance major in sports institutions are less. Materials is the basis for teaching activities, high-quality teaching materials is also a prerequisite and guarantee for teaching quality, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of teaching materials.4, site equipment can not keep up, Many institutions are still building new venues, Existing facilities can not meet the needs of teaching professional courses, leading to the crowded stadium, the quality of teaching is not high.Recommendations: 1, adhere to the purpose of "art-based, sports feature" , relying on market demand, making use of the characteristics and advantages of sports, combining with the dance to have a common development. Appropriate increase of sports and the newly emerging program in the curriculum will be fully integrated sports and dance, highlighting the characteristics of running a school. Strengthen practice, create more opportunities for internships and theatrical practice for the students, consolidate knowledge and improve practical and innovative ability in practice. 2, Strengthen the teaching staff of dance major, the first problem the colleges and universities should strive to solve is to establish a sufficient quantity and the higher level of teachers. Which can take two steps, First, make efforts to introduce high-quality professionals, Second, take a variety of ways to make the present teachers have a further education to constantly update their knowledge and improve their professional knowledge, ideological and moral quality, and thus meet the needs of social development.3, Encourage self-teaching materials, directing at the characteristics of dance major in P.E universities and promote professional development.4, leaders should attach great importance in terms of policy and the economy ,give strong support to increase the input of funds and the construction of stadiums, make scientific decisions and play the local advantage.
