本文主要采取描写与解释、历时与共时、分析与综合相结合的研究方法，收集了2008年至2018年近十年来总书记新年贺词中含有隐喻性质语料的共135条[不通][已将“含有隐喻性质的语料共138条”改为“共138个概念隐喻”]共138个概念隐喻，并对其进行一系列分析和统计。通过建立领导人新年贺词讲话稿语料库，以隐喻内容为分类依据，对讲话稿中的隐喻现象进行分类研究，并揭示每种隐喻类型的使用频率、语言实现形式、映射关系和认识基础，总结出隐喻的类型特征、语用功能，与中国这十年来的政治经济生活形成一种理论与现实的对照，目的旨在厘清隐喻在人际交往和社会影响方面的功能。经过研究，本文初步得出了结论：国家领导人在新年贺词中的寄语和展望一定程度上是通过概念隐喻传达给大众的，在新年贺词这种文体中，通过隐喻手段，政治话语能够更充分地被理解，讲话也能达成接地气、亲民的语用效果。

This article mainly adopts the research methods of description and explanation, duration and synchronic, analysis and synthesis, as well as collects a total of 135138 articles containing metaphorical corpus in the New Year greetings of leader of PRC from 2008 to 2018 by establishing a corpus of New Year greetings speeches for leaders. The type characteristics and pragmatic functions of metaphors form a theoretical and realistic contrast with China’s political and economic life over the past decade. The purpose of this research is to clarify the function of metaphor in interpersonal communication and social influence. After researching, this paper preliminary concluded that: the messages and expectations of the national leaders in the New Year message are conveyed to the public through conceptual metaphors. In the style of New Year messages, political discourse can be improved and being fully understood through political metaphor.
